First Class Service received from all the staff at Allen and Harris Shawlands. Everyone was polite and friendly and made me feel valued as a client.

My property was marketed quickly and efficiently and as a result achieved a good market price within a few days. 5*****

From start to finish Allen Harris Ayr were the best estate agent we have used, having used 8 in the last 16yrs. Nothing was to much trouble & all the Ayr staff were more than happy to help with our sale and any problems that occurred. Could not fail to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent. We were kept informed at all times of the progress .

I initially went with an online EA but that didnt work out... Switched to Allen & Harris in Bridge of Weir and not only was the service great throughout, I had my house sold in around 1 month!!!

Gordon, Ross and Pauline were all great to deal with

The recommended solicitor (Frazer coogans) would not communicate with me and caused me a lot of stress, the dates for moving changed and I incurred costs that I shouldn't have. it should have all been smooth as I planed extra time into the moving schedule to avoid delays and stress.

it is due to the fact that Allen an Harris recommended Frazer Coogans that I misplaced my trust in them

From the first meeting with Kate Moss, the branch manager, my experience has been brilliant. They have done exactly what they said they would do. My property had visits from both Jon and Alex before photos were done and they have done well to book lots of viewings in prior to even going live on Rightmove! Early days but extremely impressed so far!

I sold my house with Allen and Harris. I needed it to be done quickly so they were very quick to get things started with the valuation, photos, getting home report set up etc. I found them very easy to deal with and they were very professional at all times. I would highly recommend this estate agent.

As a first time buyer I have found the service provided by Allen and Harris excellent from the start. My mortgage advisor has kept me updated, found me a great mortgage and answered all questions no matter how big or small. He has given me complete peace of mind. I would highly recommend Allen & Harris mortgages services to others, and have already done so.

I would firmly wish ion record a thank you to TOM but a HUGE thank you to Grace for being simply outstanding for a legal transaction that got stuck for no good reason on a number of occasions and she remained as cheerful and supportive at the end as she was just weeks in. A diamond !!!!!

i bought my first house in wiltshire from allen & harris at the westbury branch 30 years ago. they were very friendly and efficient. i am recently selling an investment property in devizes which i bought from allen & harris 17 years ago. the staff have got really good customer focus, good communication and have excellent marketing skills. which is why i keep coming back.

I made an appointment with Mr Stephen Hudson to value my property with a view to marketing ASAP - he was very punctual (first plus point from a Military officer's perspective). Stephen clearly understands the local market and was able to advise me not only on pricing' but also a clear strategy to achieve the desired results. My property was sold within 48 hrs. Stephen's professional, flexible, honest and no-nonsense approach was enough for me to discount the internet based marketing sites and opt for Allen and Harris instead. Highly recommended to any vendor who is considering marketing their property. Outstanding and good value for money.

We used Ciaran Rees the mortgage advisor from the llantrisant branch, his service was amazing and he was so polite and helpful nothing was too big or small of an issue too deal with, will be using him too remortgage and for any further advice.

Throughout the whole process of viewing a property to applying for a mortgage with Nathan, Nathan has been awesome communication has been prompt and any questions have been answered immediately making it very easy and he’s been reassuring

Initial I got my first visit from their agent and as I was due to go o holiday it took a few weeks to get back to them. The agent had left but everything he said stood so arranged photographer really quickly. The surveyor took longer to get in touch with me and I had to call agency and there was no further notes on my file but girl said they would call them and get them to call me which happened within a few hours so they are com.ing out to value house on my next days off. So far that has been the only hickup. Their law firm also contacted me within a few days so good points for them and a ever so alight problem bit don't think it was their fault.

I recently sold my property through Allan & Harris, Paisley and was delighted with the service from start to finish. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Natalie, Leanne and Christopher over the last few weeks; the customer service provided was exceptional. The images and video created for marketing purposes were very professional and impressive. I would recommend this branch and team to anybody looking to sell a property.
