My item was with them for more than 2 weeks but they haven't delivered yet. I contact every day and they keep promise for next day and not sure when is their next day. Crap delivery company i have experienced and very irresponsible.

Courier left two large parcels in my garden. Trampled all my plants. Then I had to manoeuvre the boxes out myself. And after I requested parcels not be left unattended!

I organised a delivery of a custom bed head to be picked up in Melbourne and delivered to Brisbane. The item was destroyed during delivery, stomped on, cracked and dragged through grease and dirt. Before booking Allied Express I had numerous phone conversations with their employees who advised me the item WAS covered under warranty during transit. Apparently this is not the case and this misleading information has now left me out of pocket to re-make the item. DO NOT use this company as their employees are LIARS and will not honor any recorded conversation.

Hasn't arrived even though got an sms saying it would and was assured twice it would arrive today absolutely pathetic service Brisbane depo or driver c'mon mates I just want my pwclag3 bad enough I had to spend $30 on a trolley as u clowns don't deliver inside ppks places

had two packages that were supposed to be delivered on Thursday. They did not arrive and when I contacted customer service and informed them that the driver did not come to the house as we have CCTV they stated it was getting put on another truck and would arrive on Friday. Three people home all day and the CCTV system and yet again there was no delivery. When on their website I go to make an enquiry, the website says I need to organise redelivery and can't make an enquiry as delivery has already been attempted. I would never recommend using a company that uses Allied Express although maybe become a delivery driver for them as there is no requirement to deliver packages.

It’s been 8 days since they lost my item in their warehouse. They actually expect me to follow it up with the sender to find out what it looks like and they refuse to do it themselves. Shocking customer service. Never again.

Delivery has been sitting in depot in Brisbane for over a week and after contacting their 13 number they sent an email to the Brisbane depot requesting delivery the next day and you guessed it never came so another email and the reply was "A notification will be sent to you on the day of delivery when your consignment has been allocated to a Driver and is out on board. An Estimated time of arrival has not yet been established."

Ordered $800 worth of beds over 2 weeks ago. Had tracking on the order from Sydney to Brisbane then Brisbane to Mackay around 8 days ago and the tracking has stopped. Called allied 3 times now as the delivery date was 7 days ago and the beds are only just 1.5hrs from where we live. On one of the calls the lady was very rude and said that the delivery was scheduled now for Thursday not Monday anymore and now it’s Friday and still waiting. Called again and no one can tell us what’s going on and why our beds have been sitting in Mackay depot for 8 days now. No tracking no one to call and now no ETA. Very upset now. Not sure what to Do next.

Left the business in Christmas 2019.
Still haven’t been paid my last 2 weeks wages. They hold on to it when you sign up to drive for them. Meaning you get paid for the first week on week 3.
They say there is an “investigation” about a missing tv. I asked the police and there is no such thing.
With the amount of drivers coming and going daily, this seems like a scam as most of the drivers can’t speak English.

I ticked the box on my order for it not to be left outside if no one was home and that was also printed on the box. Item suddenly arrived without warning of day or time. I suddenly got a text message asking to leave it outside. I replied no but it was dumped there anyway and left all day while I worked. Appalling. Item cost nearly $400. I ordered item through Temple and Webster and they chose Couriers. Never use Allied Couriers.

Booked in a job to be picked up on Tuesday and its now Friday and they still cant find a driver this isn't the first time this has happen and will be the last time as we will never ever be using them again! Highly recommend not using allied.

Had a sofa being delivered, it was not scanned originally so had no shipping estimate, then received a message 6.20am to let me know it was coming that day and to check the link for time estimate - the link had no time estimate. They never showed that day. I called 6 times with no one able to give me more info and was even lied to about tracking using their app and kept on hold and hung up on, they also didn’t come the entire following day. I finally got word from the actual sofa company (they were also frustrated) that it would be there the third day between 10-12. They called at 9 (are meant to call an hour prior) and arrived within 10 mins. Customer service was frustrating and would not use or recommend to anyone.

Ordered item on the 26th of Feb and the package was sent the same day,(thought this is good service) wrong,and today is 2nd of March and am still waiting.Have spoken to 4 different operators and have just been

told alot of B/S and lies.This company sound like it needs a clean out of dead wood and some quality controll for there service,so disappointed will never use this company again.

I got 1 of my online orders today through Allied express and the order was incomplete. So i asked the guy that its not my complete order so how can I sign it. He started being rude with me and said 'I dont give a damn, im just a delivery guy, im getting late so just sign here'. And i gave a unhappy feedback and he changed it to happy. I asked him why he did that and he was very rude. Worst experience. I didn't receive my complete order and the guy wasn't helpful either.

I waited for more than three days for the second parcel to be delivedred. They had no care attitude and really couldn't be stuffed finding my second parcel. I rang them on many occasions and then i asked to speak to senior managers i was hung up on at least three times on one occasion i waited for more than an hour to be spoken to. I would NEVER use this company. Unfortunately it was a kogan product which i had no choice in.

Had a delivery of three boxes,unfortunately,one was left off the truck. When the driver realised all he could do was apologise. He then said I would have it at delivered at the same time the next day to his word, it was delivered at the time he said. With the amount of items being couriered at the moment, we should give them a little lenience with small issues. Remember they are only trying to do a job.

I've had the displeasure to deal with this company at least 8 times in the last couple of years. Every time the order is delayed. I'm told the item will arrive by the end of the day but it never arrives. Paying a premium for shipping I expect, at the very least, reliable service. My latest delivery was booked for delivery yesterday yet my item was never picked up, I called today and was told it would be delivered by the end of the day but my package was never picked up again. Tomorrow will likely be the same situation. I'll make sure in future I never order from a company that uses allied express again. Awful service and no improvements in the recent years I've dealt with them.

I must admit like everyone else, I was concerned about this courier company when I read these reviews, but my order arrived without any damage or other problems that a lot of others seem to have. The tracking information was reasonably accurate and although it was meant to be delivered early afternoon it was delivered late afternoon and wasn’t a huge problem because I was at home. The driver wouldn’t let me carry the item inside as it was heavy and he was polite and helpful.

This is beyond insane... First my item wasn't delivered because it was "too big for the truck", even though it's a small 2mx1m rug.

Then it was on board for delivery yesterday, and the driver refused to deliver it... dropping it back at the depot.... And now the same thing has happened again today.

This is insane and totally ridiculous.
