We were provided a quote with $0 amount as price & told we would be taken care of by Abed which was not the case. We were told we have to pay on the spot
We said this price isn’t fair & tried to resolve this issue.

I spoke to the Managing Director a number of times asking for an itemised invoice so we could see how the rate was so expensive.

He has now blocked my number & hangs up if I call on a private number

Called for some work to be completed and informed i had appointment at 11am they advised could be there at 8am. I got the kids up and ready early so we didn't get in there way and by 10.30 they finally called to say they would be a BIT late. I messaged them to ask if they be coming soon as i had appointment and nothing. At 11.30 whilst at my appointment i get a call saying i will be there at 12. Then i get a message to say they cant wait and have to go to another job. What a joke.

Plumber looked at a leaking tap, decided right away that a new $400 tap must be installed. Rejected the offer. Left within 5 minutes & demanded $99 callout fee. Typical tradie

I called Alpha Co Plumbing Gas & Electrical out on a Sunday to repair a burst pipe. They replaced a 1m length of pipe and 2 x 20mm sockets. The plumber had to go to Bunnings to buy the pipe. My husband had to go with him to show him where it was. The plumber dug down to the pipe, but did not fill in the hole when finished - he said the soil needed to dry out first. All up, for a trip to Bunnings, digging a hole, cutting off a length of pipe and replacing it with 1 mtr of pipe, and using to 2 x 20mm sockets to attach it, the cost was $710. 7 weeks later, three emails and one phone call, I am still waiting for them to fill in the Leak Allowance Application required by the Water Corporation to refund me the amount of water used by the leak. Because no form has been filled in, the total cost to me is now about $910. Unless you have money to waste, I would suggest you look elsewhere when in need of a plumber.
