Alpharooms made me extremely upser when I wanted to cancel accommodations and book another destination. Wanted £30 per person and further charges. This used to be free and I was totally unaware that they had changed terms and conditions! I've been customer for more than a decade and I will never use them again! Rip off!

They should be ashamed of themselves the way they treat there customers my Daughter and her friends were to go on thete first holiday in July, unfortunately we had to cancel back in March because there leaving cert was falling on the dates they were going but Alpharooms kept taken the money out of my Daughter's account, we found out that the hotel wasn't opening at all this year and the flights were cancelled, Aer Lingus refunded the money back into Alpharooms account and they were to refund it back into my daughter's account they still haven't. Alpharooms never told us that the hotel wasn't opening we had to ring the hotel in Mallorca ourselves, they are now trying to say that we breached, our contact because we missed payments, which we didn't because we have back statements from the bank, will all payments that are payed I wouldn't recommend them at all and we will never use them ever again.

Please do your research before using Alpharooms for a Holiday... They are really helpful on booking and taking your money but then all customer care goes out the window. We were out of pocket and owed money but they refuse to cooperate and all emails are ignored... Please stay clear I dont want you to experience the same problems.. Wil never use this company again...

We are due to travel this week and as soon as our flights were cancelled 10 days ago we have been trying to contact them. I have emailed numerous times with no reply. I have done online reviews that are obviously not great and you get a quick response promising contact but nothing still. This morning I eventually managed to get on the live chat function, but guess what theres nothing live about it.. nearly 2 hours later and all I have been told is they are looking at my booking... it's a 3 night hotel only, nothing complex about it... we will now be contacting our credit card company to try and get our money back. No telephone line to contact them unless you want to book a holiday.... Don't do it, take your business to somewhere that has customer service

Booked a hotel in Portugal through alpharooms for my daughters wedding this September..as I thought it was a very good price I contacted some of my family to book aswel..we all received confirmation emails and happy our hotel was booked ..a few wks later we received emails saying no room availability and an error occured .what a joke we checked website and they still had rooms available ..will never book with alpharooms again ..avoid!!!!

Avoid this underhanded company take your money elsewhere they do not deserve the business from your hard earnt cash totally will do anything to avoid giving genuine refunds just drag you along with automated emails

I STUPIDLY booked a hotel in Spain for my son and his partner to travel on the 3rd of May 2020, even though his flights have been cancelled and a refund offered (thanks Ryanair) this despicable company will not give a refund on the hotel booking even though the hotel is CLOSED DOWN due to Coronavirus, firstly they wanted to charge me £562 if I cancelled it from a £900 booking, now that there are no flights and all the hotels are closed they are saying that they will have to see what their supplier says and we may not get our money back or have to have a credit note, even though the law is clear that they have to offer to rebook or give you a full refund.I had a booking for myself and my Wife on the 7th of April with Jet2 and they gave us a full refund no problems, thanks Jet2.NEVER EVER will I use this despicable company Alpharooms again and I urge anyone who reeds this review and the many other that are on this site,,,,, DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS HORID COMPANY.

The telephonist i have spoken with at AlphaRooms was Benjamin. My score for his service is 10 out of 10. He was very helpful, answered all my questions and provided all information required. He also repeated back to me my details and booking information, just to make sure it was all correct. I have been looking for accommodation in the Lloret de Mar area using a few different websites/search engines, including Trivago but AlphaRooms offered the best deal out of all of them. Definitely going to check their website next time i'm going on holiday!

Was booking for my short break. Tried get low price and I made a mistake... I'm traveling with my daughter. Had to pay extra 60 euros for changing only dates!!! That was my last time I booked through you. And you lost bunch of customers, because my friends booking through you as well. I'll tell them... Bye

I have been trying every Avenue to contact Alpharooms as they have 1200 euro of my money for a holiday I cant go on ....I asked them via email to please not take the final payment of 2000 from my account as I have to cancel...due to covid restrictions.....They still tried to take it!!! After all my emails!!!! They have never replied to my emails but they did send me an email within 24 hrs of trying to get my 2000 euro to say that I need to pay my final balance!!!!! (Luckily I cancelled my card!) What is wrong with them???? They are taking peoples money and then no one is responding, or offering any refunds to people. Thieves and cowboys!!!

BE CAREFULL!!! Booked a holiday package 3 days ago never got confirmation. Money was taken straight away, and thats over £1200! Keep calling them everyday, but all the time was left with nothing, just wait 24hrs, another 24hrs, 1hrs, 2hrs and nothing happens after that. Everytime different excuses. Everytime the different person answer the phone, they keep saying me that they can't deal with my problem, but by reading other reviews the same name people solve the issues. I'm am angry and disgusted with their behaviour and the stress they have caused me. Although a friend mine had made a same reservation online through Alpharooms and got a phone call was immediately confirmed that same day. Then she had a problem to get hotel paperwork, was keep calling and chasing them and asking to do it straight away. Bare in mind that he booked later then me. But for me they still checking availability. Alpharooms have caused me so much confusion and a great amount of stress. If I will not reveive my confirmation and all paperwork, first thing on Monday Im going to a bank to report a fraud and scam, and I will deal with all the companies whats in my power to make a complain. Booking holidays over 10 years and never had such a terrible experience and stress!

Booked early Jan,now told 3 different reasons why hotel is cancelled.No alternative offered and hotel is still available but at way higher price.This site is a con and call routed to India where told to take a refund or keep the flights,no email or number for senior manager given despite asking numerous times.Avoid at all costs!!!

had two nights booked in benidorm due to covid got cancelled, i received a phone call telling me i had a credit note for the amount paid i have tried several times to use this credit note I've spoke to people at alpharooms who informed me they would ring me back all to no avail disgraceful shocking company DO NOT USE

You have a cheap hotels and package,but you do not resolve customer complaints and you do not delete the hotels that are closed and on the website is open and you ask for money. One of the hotels is Kleopatra Ada Hotel in Alanya, etc.... Before you sell something, make sure you solve your customers' complaints because sometimes they are very serious and they are undergoing financial fraud. You can not rent a room at the hotel and the hotel is closed for a few months, this is called fraud.

I booked a package holiday with Alpharooms which was cancelled due to coronavirus. I have been offered vouchers but I want a cash refund which under the terms of package travel regulations 2018 I am entitled to a cash refund within 14 days. Alpharooms flatly refuse to pay up even though they have already been refunded by Jet2.

Carlos, Carlos handled my booking and flight transfer, called me when I was busy with college as stated in all my emails. Took extremely long time as well as calling me 4 times in one night. This request was made two weeks ago, after 7 calls and various angry emails my request was finally completed. Really unprofessional customer service work.

I booked room whit you first time.you have nice offers,but Hotels.com is much better to book.they have better page.You can clearly view any room you wish to book.They prescribing the hotel area better,they shows all interesting places around whit walking distance,also payments methods suits me better.I prefer to pay the all amount at the place.so I can book my 2 holiday per year whiteout getting any cost at the biking day.

I received an email saying my hotel was cancelled 18 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE and I could have a credit note valid for a year and if any money left over I could have the rest refunded. I asked one question on live chat, was waiting over a half hour for reply and when answered it was what was in email sent, I queried again and got a longer version of same answer. I'M NOW AN HOUR ON THE COMPUTER LIVE CHAT ...AND TOLD TO EMAIL CUSTOMER RELATIONS.....I'LL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN. I STILL DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET A REFUND NOW AS I WONT BE TRAVELLING FOR A LONG TIME.

Alpha rooms stated there was a "glitch" in the system and took 400 out of my account which I had not aurthorised. No warning nobody told me till I checked my account later that evening. Rang and customer service was horrible and I did not receive my money for a long time and my mortgage was not paid due to your mistake. Spelled my name wrong and after ringing twice to fix that I'm still called the wrong name.Not a trust worthy company would not book again.

Disgraceful company, used for 15 years No More Had a holiday booked for the middle of May, obviously couldn't go due to covid 19, have e-mailed them several times with pathetic replies eventually coming through, won't give a refund and won't even give a voucher now, going to have to take it further, when we pay early they obviously use our money to pay there suppliers for other customers hence no cash flow and running there business with our money, worrying ethic that. Shambolic company
