If I could give 0 star, I would !!! Terrible customer service. I ordered from Altitude Sport last week and expected my shipment to be delivered to me last week as well. But the shipment keeps getting delayed and delayed. Until now the expected delivery date is Friday. I am leaving Toronto for good on Saturday and given the stituation, I am afraid that my package wouldnt be delivered to me on time. I contacted Altitude Sport and they did absolutely nothing to help me. I demanded to cancel my order but they refused while stating that it is not their policy to do that. I am very upset with the way they handle the situation. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. AVOID ALTITUDE SPORTS AT ALL COSTS !!!!!

Dont' buy here if you live in USA. They say free returns. It is not true even if you purchase lifetime membership. Painstaking customs process and they don't even provide label or invoice in package. You have to contact them. Save time and money and order from a reputable USA company.,
