Also told them to have a manager reach out to me so we can resolve this issue and nobody ever called, tried to get a phone number for them. Still had no luck I purchased this from the kayak store. They have 0 customer service Do not order from this company you will get ripped off. Ryan hagen

I called both GLS and Alzashop ans spent more than 20 euros due to this, but i'm still waiting. During the call, Alzashop told me tomorrow we will give me more informations, but it was 4 days ago ! Moreover, Alzashop responded to my mails in the beginning but now they ignore all. I finally told them i want a refund immediatly because i really need a new smartphone quickly, but they did not respond either.
I really wonder if i will receive it or if i will get back my money...
EDIT:
After this comment, Alzashop contacted me to offer me the refund. I received it today.
GLS was the problem, avoid them if you can.

Too bad one of them was defective so I had to contact the support... long story short, they have one of the poorest customer care I've ever dealt with.
They do not read your mails and just give you roundabout answers... it feels like they purposedly engage in a sorta of "waiting/mocking game" in order to discourage customers.
I even cited them Eu laws on faulty products but that wouldn't change the fact that they simply ignore you...
Of course I won't buy anymore from them, the small discount they offer compared to other shops isn't worth the effort.

I ordered on 24th of October and was told that everything will come on 29th of October. I ordered cooler master, graphic card, ssd, cooler and motherboard.
Master cooler arrived at 26th of October which was surprising and was told that second parcel will come on 29th.
So nothing came and i sended an email to them on 30th to ask if i can know where my parcel is since it didn t arrive and i couldn t find my parcel with parcel number that they gave me and answer was pretty interesting cause they didn t know where my parcel is either. So they told me that they sended the request to company to know where my parcel is.
I didn t get answer for 4 days and was constantly ignored and i decided to call them and ask them what is going on, parts are not coming i want you to tell me everything about return policy cause i want my money back (i didn t get an answer for that either which got me paranoid will i actually get my money back) and on that day i found out that they didn t actually send anything to the company and they told me that they will send it on that day and that they will get answer either later that day or the day after.
I sended them email the day after and i was ignored and then again the next day, ignored again same goes for the next 3 days and then finally on
9th of November I got an answer that said that they don t know where my parcel is that they are always deeply sorry which is so funny to say when u actually don t give a single **** and they sended me "the declaration on the word of honor" which means that if parts do come in future that i will decline it and tell them to return it back. That was also just funny just like this site but i did it and i got my money back the next day even tho i was ignored again when i asked them when will the money come after i sended them the picture with my signature that i won t accept the parts.

Didn't receive my order due to lazy delivery guy not bothering to even knock or call, but claimed two days in a row nobody was available to receive the package. Note: I was charged 26,50 Eur for delivery.
Cancelled order, never even saw or touched the ordered products, money being held hostage by Alza for inexplicable reasons.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

Sent a monitor back that clearly indicated a electronical fault (3 green beps) after paying for shipping to another country and ensuring the package was delivered safe I get this response
"We have settled your claim ASRE22149230.
Method of settlement: Rejected
More information: The device was assessed at a service center. During the testing, mechanical damage was found which is not compatible with the manufacturer's warranty conditions. The warranty claim was rejected. The device was sent back without repair."
This is a 1000 euros monitor too.
