I have been shopping from Amainhobbies.com for almost two years and i am very pleased with the services they provide..
Products are shipped fast, they always have the best prices, the packaging is great, and they reply to the emails directly.. Besides they have a very helpful chat service in their site..
I am very delighted and i highly recommend it to everybody.

I have found A-Main to be very reliable over the years,altought i try to buy localy, on many occasion getting some parts in a timely manner or just in stock have been proven very handy.

A Main Hobbies is a one stop shop for everything you need, i'm in australia and wish they were here.I buy 90% of all my rc car stuff from them other 10% is from my local which is mainly parts that get broken and need to be replaced immedetly,i've bought cars,parts clothes bits of everything from A Main because of there value for money choice of parts and great on time shipping and shipping rates. If your going back after 5 or 6 or more times like me then you know your on a winner A Main Hobbies will always have my Business Give them a go you will see what i see.

I have bought from A-Main Hobbies several time over the last couple of years. I will continue to buy from them as long as the price is right. Generally, the prices are pretty competitive with other sites.

Shipping, on the other hand, tends to be a bit of a mystery until you get into the check out process. Even though a search for a product on A mazon. com showed that the total cost with shipping was a certain price, the actual shipping price ended up being a bit higher once you got started with the check out process. When I looked at all shipping options available, there wasn't an option that matched the quoted price. I would prefer it if the various shipping options would be clearly displayed in the shopping cart prior to check out.

The amount of product on the site is amazing. They almost always have what I am looking for. I would like to see more images for the products.

For the most part, this is a great site and source for RC parts. I will be using them again.

for all these years of my 1:8 off road racing,I've always been in trouble of buying parts from L.H.S.I've started buying online since a year ago with a few other site before i buy from A main hobbies,with my previous experience with other sites which display the quantity of availability an after payment has been made.item is said found not up to quantity for shipment,asking to wait until re stock of item(waited for 8 months for a c-hub)asking for refund(sorry can't)..anyway that's my short story of my experience.

this is my third order with A main hobbies and I'm very please with the service,quantity as whats displayed,certain items a bit higher than others but for me i still place my order here as most of the parts can be obtain here without fearing in a few days receiving e mail saying ("bla bla bla")..for me 3 deals with A main..3 smooth deals.no worries,no hassle,delivery in time,the order "583280" was delayed but here i state it clearly "A main did their promise i am very happy but the delay is cause by the delivery in my country"."item was sitting in their warehouse for a week.a friend of mine who show me whats the problem going in there which is a havoc with lots of delayed delivery.

A main a site you and me can trust.
3 deals,months of happy racing,i will continue to shop here no where else,i don't mind about the price because if A main have it i will get it..

I have been using amain for a while now and i have to say they would have to be the best online hobby shop availible. They have the best prices and there customer service is great, only takes a couple of days for them to reply to a query. Their postage and handling has been good also, I live in Australia and anything that i have ordered has arrived fairly fast.

Good prices, shippin is excelent and on time, no more than 15 days to Colombia, and nothing is loose. the best products are in amainhobbies.com

went great got all parts in good shape shipping was a little slow but fair other sites get stuff to me in 3 days would like to see amain work on this issue as it would give amain a better rating. prices were fair and the site has always been easy to surf and find parts for. i will still do busines with again

7 days to delivery my order from USA to Switzerland; i think it's quite fast! It's not the first time i order some stuff from A main Hobbies and i was allways satisfied by them, and it continues! never wrong delivery, allways good packaging, so, nothing bad to say, just keep on rolling like that!!

I bought a Team associated nomad, the 1st time I drove it, there was a loud clicking sound when I turned left. I called them and described the problem. No offer to return it as defective. They referred me to Team associates only and told me they would probably set me up with a new steering servo. Item was defective out of the box. No more Amain, no more team associated!

Since the introduction of internet sales the hobby has grown as it is now so easy to buy from a better equipped market like the United States, the only problem is international shipping charges, A-Main Hobbies seems to have taken this into account as their shipping is very reasonable and very fast, my last order arrived in 5 days, USA to Australia, i have bought local and had longer delivery than that.
So well done A-main Hobbies on all fronts. If only you can have a more discreet name show up on the credit card statment, what the wife doesn't know, cannot possibly hurt her.

Bought a RC Crawler 2 weeks ago, still have not received it. Tried to cancel order to get my money back. They said I would have to wait until I receive it, then ship it back to them first.

Ordered on a Thursday night and received my order the following Tuesday with the cheapest shipping option. I have not tried out my car yet because it was a Christmas present, so I will edit my review when I get everything working.

I really enjoy shopping from A main Hobbies because it's like a one stop shop for rc racers. They have a huge selection to choose from and their site is user friendly. Easy to find what your looking for and each time you click to buy something it doesn't take you back to the home page. The shipping cost are reasonable and it arrives to your door step within a week. That is better than what my local hobby store can do. I'd say this is the best hobby store i have found online, so i give it a 10/10.

I made a first time purchase from Amain.com on November 10, 2019. I purchased a item that the website clearly had and currently has INSTOCK noted on the website. Let me add that this item was a $429.00 item with a shipping cost of $157.99 so basically I had $600.00 into this transaction as a new customer. A full 7 days passed and I was becoming somewhat concerned. I just had a bad feeling about it so I sent 2 messages inquiring about the status of the order via their website. Those requests was never answered. The next day I decided to call Amain for a update and some direction on the order, I sat on hold for 20 minutes then the line goes dead. I then notice the chat box on the website so I am running out of options for simple contact with Amain.com. I used the chat box to try to communicate that way. I was connected with someone by the name of ERIC and I simply asked about the order. ERIC was very slow to respond. I found myself on this chat for nearly 30 minutes with no answers at all to my inquiry. ERIC would literally type a couple of words then vanish for 10 minutes.. it was terrible customer service. ERIC then begins to tell me that "they (Amain) was waiting on the item to come in".. to my surprise I said "wow.. the website said and still says that the item was instock" ERIC after more pauses and delays finally says that they have 2 warehouses and the item was in stock at one but not the other... (?) That made absolutely no sense to me. Either the item is instock like the website falsely says or its not in stock.. as a customer why does a warehouse matter to me? You have something listed as instock then that creates more people buying the item because it is "instock and ready to ship" right? Well, ERIC was not overly friendly, he had no true answer to the problem, barely spoke in the chat, was not sympathetic to a customer left waiting on a item that they do not even have and just didn't really care and should not be in any customer service position at all.

After sitting on this so called chat for over 30 minutes with this kid ERIC I had had enough.. He didn't make any sense and didn't seem to care one way or the other. No customer should have to reach out to a company 4 times in 2 days while using 3 different methods to get a $600.00 order update of some kind. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would NOT spend a penny at AMAIN.COM. They lie on their website about items being in stock, they are nearly impossible to contact and their employees are lousy at customer service. I order a lot online every single year and I mean A LOT. I spend thousands of dollars a year on my hobby alone. I have experienced good service and AMAIN.COM had a fair chance and completely blew it in every direction.

Do NOT spend your money with AMAIN.COM whether it be at their store in California or online. Take your money to a hobby shop that appreciates your business and bends over backwards to deliver good customer service. Never again will I order from AMAIN.COM and unfortunately for AMAIN I am a active member of several online hobby forums where we share knowledge. I do not just share good customer service with the internet but I also share horrible customer service and spread it to anyone and everyone to save them from dealing with a company that does not appreciate their customers. Hobby shops online are a dime a dozen and there are good ones out there but NOT AMAIN.COM. I told ERIC to Cancel the order and he happily did with out another word said... he had said so little to begin with I was not a bit surprised.

I placed an order the 6 of September 2010, the same day it was package and shipped, and about 3 days later i had my package. This is something i would consider very quick for an international order, so am very happy with A Main Hobbies, and am probably gonna order from them again in the future.

i purchased a truck from a different company 3 years ago for my son it has had so many problems he still hasnt got to drive it for more than 5 min.They have done nothing to help us. when i order parts it takes months to get them. I havent given my son this new truck yet but the customer service i got and the timely manner i recieved the truck was awesome. Thank you for all you did
