I ordered a Sony Lamp from A Matter of Fax after being totally unsatisfied with another company. Their response was prompt and the cost was very reasonable. I would order from them again.

We ordered a Panafax UF-4500 5 days ago for $177.77. They canceled our order due to no stock at that price. But they put that sale price up again 1/2 hour before they told us they were unavailable.

Purchased toner from A Matter of Fax online for a bw Samsung laser printer for a third of the cost. Received it within a week and installed it and it works fine. It even seemed hardier than the original. I would recommend checking out A Matter of Fax before buying overpriced name brands.

I ordered a new drum for a Brother Laser Printer from A Matter of Fax. The price was the best I had found on the Internet. We have 3 printers that use this drum and so I was excited to find such a good deal. The drum was shipped withing 2 days and we received it in under 5 days. The entire process was swift from beginning to end. The drum was installed and operational the very afternoon it arrived. Since we needed another drum an additional machine, I turned right around and ordered another. I am looking forward to these drums lasting as long as the original ones did and will return for future purchases. We couldn't be happier. Thank you - A Matter of Fax for your expedient service.

My Sony lamp went out and last time I paid $310 for a service man to come to the house and replace.I ordered the XL-5200 Projector Lamp from A Matter of Fax and received it the next day for a fraction of the cost.

The product shipped the day after I ordered it, and arrived the next day. The quantities were exact and delivered in excellent condition. We will definitely be using "A Matter of Fax" again!

I bought a new all in one fax machine from Matter of Fax and was happy with the service. The fax I tried to purchase on their website was no longer available but they did have the newer model which was a little more money. I asked for a discount on the shipping which helped offset the higher price for the newer model which I thought was fare.

I ordered MFC-8910DW Refurbished printer. After several days of delay after several call were made they shipped MFC-8710DW instead of MFC-8910DW printer which was broke. Made Khat Khat sound when turned on. The print was fuzzy with printer spitting carbon on the print. They charged an extra $30 on my card for insurance which was not a part of my invoice before submitting the order.
The return policy says If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return most items for an exchange or refund within thirty days of purchase excluding shipping, handling, insurance charges. A 17.9% restocking fee will also be applied. (Restocking fee does not apply to the return of defective items.)

All items returned are subject to our inspection and manager's approval. A Matter of FAX reserves the right to reject any return based on its condition or non compliance with our return policy, the return policy of our distributors or the return policy of the manufacturer. Returns must be prepaid by the customer.

I was looking for printer toner and the company had an easy to manage website. I sent in my order within 5 minutes of starting a search. Pricing was competitive and the product arrived within a week. I'm waiting to finish using my remaining toner in my printer, so the actual product has not been used yet. It does, however, look to be of standard quality expected in any printer toner. Based off of the customer service received, pricing, and timliness of the order I would recommend A Matter of Fax to a friend when looking for office supply needs.

It literally is a bait-and-switch - So I read a majority of the reviews on A Matter of Fax and noticed a lot of horror stories BUT also noticed MORE positive reviews... those positive reviews were a little too positive in hindsight - Like many who reviewed this company I too was given the bate and switch - I ordered a HP printer from there website and then next DAY received a phone call from a representative stating "We have a question or two to ask of you." The representative stated that "Since you're ordering a refurbished HP printer..." FIRST OFF NO WHERE ON THE SITE WAS IT EVER-EVER-EVER CONVEYED TO THE PURCHASER THIS PRINTER was indeed a "refurbished HP Printer" IN FACT this printer even qualified for "Free shipping" BUT the representative stated "... we need to send you the none refurbished HP printer with an additional $32 shipping fee... would you like to go ahead and get the none refurbished HP printer?" I politely said "No thank you, lets cancel the order since it can't be filled at the price stated to me on the website" which the representative stated he would cancel the order (I have yet to receive confirmation of cancellation)... long story short PLEASE DO KNOW THE COMPANY (not the people) are just baiting-and-switching... don't be so tempted by there prices

the item was as described the shipping was on time and properly packaged i will use matter of fax againe and will recomend them as well i give a 10 out of ten thanx

One of my technicians asked me to order a replacement lamp for one of our projectors. Unfortunately, he gave me the wrong part number, which I proceeded to order. We only realized the mistake after the lamp arrived, so I made arrangements with the sales representative at A Matter of Fax to return to lamp. I was issued an RA number and a credit for the lamp without any hassle. I will be sure to go directly to this website for all of my future lamp purchases. P.S. Their prices were also the lowest!

Ordered a new late-model HP color printer, was charged for same and instead shipped a refurbished model that arrived poorly boxed and badly damaged--all of which was documented and images sent them immediately. The smashed printer is still sitting in my office and I am still trying to get them to issue a call tag and a credit. I ordered from this company on the advice of a price-conscious friend. Big mistake. I have now disputed the charge with AmEx and may be able to get the charges reversed.

Easy to use website, was able to purchase 3 year service warranty on a printer, HP2055dn. Shipped with all necessary components and test print outs. Was able to hook in on to our corporate network and start using in no time. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but nothing major. Overall great experience and will buy from this vendor again.
