Rip off Scam artists. Chinese junk. Check this out

Scam all the way. Placed order they sent a fake tracking number. sent an inquiry text, got some generic letter not even addressing the issue.asked for a refund got nothing back . referred the complaint to PayPal.

Even though there was a problem with the product, Mafe is the person that took care of the situation and made what could have been a problem, took care of it with the greatest of ease! So efficient and very helpful and made the transaction totally painless!! Thank you once again! Y’all are totally AWESOME!!

my order took for ever to arrive , it was the wrong size.
Emailed them , they said to return it and they'd resize for me .
So I sent it back , for resizing . That was the last I've seen of it .Have sent several emails have had no reply .
But they keep asking me to give product reviews , a little hard when I have NO PRUDUCT.

I am currently setting up my tattoo kit to do a tattoo on myself. I am recreating my Father, Layne Staley's shoulder tattoo. Punkin' Head, I had named it when he called me and told me he was sitting in the shop getting it done. Anyway, this company is amazing, I adore you guys and have so much respect for you all. You've been amazing to work with, I can't wait to see what the future hold's. (I am keeping my third eye closed for a while, I'm enjoying surprises.) Haven't received the 3 item's I ordered, at the moment it is only partially shipped. Those sunglasses are exactly like the pair my Papa, Layne Staley of Alice in Chains, had year's ago. And then the ring, well, that is the same to me as an unspoken prayer request. So, it means a lot to me. The mask, I wish I would have went with the samurai but the psychedelic is sentiment to me as well. My only wish is that I had been able to order more. I dig it all. We need to work on the t-shirts but the ones we got are cool 👍 Anyway, can't wait to receive my parcel and unbox it! I'll take photos and share them with the community then. I purchased three leg bags, for myself, my wife and my son. We have used them as we go riding and love them. They keep our phones, wallets and other smalls organised and make it easy to access when we are wearing our riding gear. We love them. Thanks ALR.

I purchased a vest for my husband for his birthday and I'm always skeptical when buying online. This vest came in and fit him perfectly. It is high quality and excellently made and he absolutely loved it!

I ordered several items for Christmas for grandkids....they just loved all the things I bought. And for being so close to Christmas, the items were delivered in time. I don't buy much through the internet but I definitely will be order again for birthdays and holidays.....I'm very satisfied. Also, one more thing, every time I ordered, I was given a % discount...woohoo.

I ordered the boots. I received quick delivery and excellent customer service when I needed to exchange for a different size. I love these boots. The soles are awesome. I get many compliments on them ☺😊

While it took a bit to get to me the wait was well worth it. The mail has been a bit slow so that isnt their fault. It fits perfect and is one of the softest most comfortable head coverings I own. I wear it a lot. Price is usually a bit high, but managed to get it during one of their sales, which made the price just right.

Well I’m happy I did not read many of the reviews posted here before I made my purchase of a riding jacket, because I probably would not have done business with American Legend Rider. And I can not speak to what others went through or may still be going through with them. All I can say is I placed my order for a jacket I wanted, I made the order on a weekend and received my notice of shipping the next Monday along with tracking information. That to me was very cool and very good business. I received my jacket within 7 days of making my order, again very cool and very good business. If I find something else I want on their site I will be doing business with them again. So why did I only give 4 out of 5 stars? Well shortly after placing my order they they sent me a coupon code for I think 20% off my next order but it was only good for 24 hours from the time I received it, so hadn’t even gotten my first order in the mail yet and could not make a realistic determination if I was going to like what I had first ordered. So kudos on the 20% off coupon but really only good for 24 hours, not so good.

Ordered several cool items. A few...jewellery not included.... are gorgeous!
Several items didn't fit and I abided by the company's rules to return or exchange or refund and received nothing from them to help.
So like ALL online companies.... u get what u order. Be prepared to just throw away ur hard earned dollar cause if items don't fit.... TOO BAD FOR YOU!

I've been looking for a nice pair of gloves that solved our ticked all my boxes like safety, style, fit, performance and price. I'd searched locally and within a 2 hour radius of my area as well at bike rallies etc. I could not find anything that checked them all.. that is until I came across one specific pair online with ALR, American Legend Rider. I'd never shopped from them nor knew anyone who had but visually the gloves seemed to be what I was looking for, still it was a risk but I decided to try it. I am completely satisfied with my decision and the gloves and although these were for my bike and summer weather riding I tried them this past winter cause I couldn't wait any longer, and they surpassed my expectations. Not only Waterproof (no snow or melted snow) but they also appeared windproof and warm for those negative double digit temperatures while out on trips with my Arctic Cat snowmobile. Not sure of their name on the ALR site but they've got Suomy expert rider on them. Been out a few times already on my Suzuki C50T and again they are bang on.
Love them and would recommend. I also found they were a great fit for my hands and finger length. Use the chart provided when ordering yours. Cheers all
