DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BOUTIQUE.

I spent $200 on one of their crossbody LV's and waited 3 weeks to a month and when I received it, it was damaged on one side. When I emailed they said that is how it is supposed to look. You can tell that the stitching messed up the material. Not even straight stitching. Sloppy job. No idea how this took 3-4 weeks to make when it looks like this. I asked for a refund since it was damaged and they told me I would only receive store credit based on their policy on the website, I was a little frustrated considering that the item was damaged. I ended up ordering an LV backpack and some scentsy things for my car. This time, after about 3-4 weeks I got an email from USPS saying that the package was being returned to sender because the address doesn't exist. I reached out to Anagails to make sure they got it from USPS. After a few days the response was simple and gave me no clarification on where the package was and no solution to how they were going to get it to me. Awful experience not once, but twice now.

Awful products, awful customer service, they do not care about their customers and making them happy. All they care about is the money.

First time wholesale buyer. They're minimum purchase is $250 with no return/refund policy. The prints are NOT straight/even on any of the shirts and images are low quality. There is no way in hell I would sell these shirts on my website but moreso for double the price I paid because they aren't worth it. Anagails should be ashamed to even trademark their name on each shirt representing their product that way when it's cheap product. There was absolutely no care on placing each image evenly on the shirts. It's no wonder why they disabled their reviews option on their Facebook page to avoid negative feedback. I invested in over $300 expecting high quality and it feels like what I got was a big "f**k your business but thanks for your money". I'm very aggravated about this experience and my lost of money. Anagails policy holds high demands on purchasing their wholesale product yet provides you trash and unsellable items. I highly recommend not ordering from this company especially if you're a boutique owner looking for products to sell in your store. Reviews are everything!!

ORDERED 4 shirts and 3 of the prints are NOT STRAIGHT ! THEY ARE CUSTOM AND NO REFUND !!! I WAS a good customer. As much we pay for these shirts i except better from a small business. I guess i was wrong.

Terrible company. If you leave any kind of feedback on their Instagram, they will block you. The customer service is rude and The products are very cheap. I ordered a couple of repurposed LV pieces and they were snagged and looked used. But heaven forbid you try to get a hold of them and let them know. I would not recommend this company

I placed an order with this company their minimum was 250 I spent 261 and they canceled my order and refused to refund money. They stated my order didn’t meet their minimum?!?!? So I am out of 261 dollars and have no products please do not use these people they are scamming customers
