Andersens Aspley have recently carpeted my home after damage from a breakin. Due to this we decided to Re carpet the entire home.

We had dealt with them before and always been happy.

From the salesperson Lian, to the fitters Josh and Paul and the office ladies Brittany and Donna no request was too difficult and they were extremely accommodating.

They made the process easy without disrupting our lives.

I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We were advised that our carpet was being installed between a 7 30am to 9 30am time slot and we made arrangements to suit. When the carpet layer hadn’t arrived by 9 am and no call from anyone, we rang the Burleigh store only to be told that it would be after lunch. So there went the morning...

We then had a call from the carpet layer this time saying he was on his way. The time was 11am. He was very courteous and was under the impression that Andersens were to call us and let us know.

Anyhow, the carpet layer did a very good job and we are happy with the carpet. But lack of communication soured the experience a bit.

Lesson for the future. Make sure you confirm when they’re coming the day before and that morning if you don’t want to be sitting around wasting precious time.!

I visited the Aspley Store and was treated to amazing customer service by a lady called Donna. I am absolutely thrilled with the way she was so nice, professional and really listened to what I needed. I will buy again.

. Just had our 4 bedrooms re-carpeted by Andersons at Helensvale and we are so happy.
Fantastic customer service from the moment we entered there store. Thank you to our consultant Matthew Kollner who looked after us. Everything went so smoothly and it was installed within a week. Special mention to the husband and wife team who installed the carpet. They were amazing and had it done in 2 1/2 hours and let me tell you it was a hot morning. They were on fire! Thanks again to the team at Helensvale.

I am normally the first to complain when there is an issue or subpar service however I am writing this review to comment on the outstanding team both Buddy and Jason from the North Lakes branch that carried out our carpet installation this morning. They were polite, tidy and extremely helpful even going beyond what "the bare minimum" even assisting me moving a couple of cupboards that I was physically unable to. The team are an example to how great customer service should be delivered. A carpet can be purchased from one of many suppliers but service and professionalism like that shown by Buddy and Jason this morning is how a company will get loyal customers.

We had paid just under $14.000 with Anderson’s Tamworth in 2015 and have had nothing but problems from the 1st day when they laid the wrong colour vinyl tiles down, I came home to grey flooring instead of timber we chose and when I complained they said it looked better than the colour we picked, I said we wanted the timber we ordered so they had to pull the tiles up and do it properly. Then I found sideways tiles cut to fill in corners, (as pictured) then the tiles lifted and I called, they came and said it was the warm weather ect, but after researching I found the tiles had not been given space for movement so they buckle when it gets warm as they were not properly installed. The franchisee responsible has since finished up with Anderson’s and won’t honour any guarantee, as we found out when some shutters he installed had issues he refused to fix the problems, and Anderson’s told us as he put them in he had to fix them. This has been a nightmare for a hardworking family who just wanted to renovate our home. We don’t recommend Anderson’s as we believed they would look after us, but we still have ongoing issues with our flooring to this day.

Ray and Allison at Andersen's North Lakes are absolutely amazing they came out quickly to to the house to take measurements and gave a quote within 48 hours and installed within the fortnight.

Iv had both blinds and flooring done by them and both were amazing both turned out perfect. They even suggested what would look better colour wise for my house and can honestly say they picked the perfect shades. I look forward to getting them back out to do outdoor tiles in the near future.

Lately I have been very disgusted with lack of service and follow up from local business, but recently I had occasion to need new carpet and went into Anderson Atherton, and I am ever so pleased I did. The service in store, the time promised to measure and quote, the phone calls setting up for the laying, were all said and done on time, on price, and all with pleasuring phone calls. I could not speak highly enough of the service and attention I received from Andersons Atherton. The carpet I had laid is the most beautiful to walk on walk on. This is the third time I have purchased something from Anderson and each time the experience has been wonderful. I wish ALL businesses had Anderson work ethic.

We recently purchased carpet for three bedrooms and vinyl plank for the remainder of the house from our local Andersen store in Beaudesert. The workmen were very friendly and helpful, the carpet was excellent and was laid with no fuss - looked great. The preparation for the laying of the vinyl plank however did not go to plan. The dust bag which should have been on the floor sander was broken but the workmen decided to sand the floor anyway. The dust storm created from the sanding was soul destroying especially since we had just freshly painted our new extension. The fine dust landed on and in everything. We immediately contacted the local Andersen store from which we purchased the goods and voiced our deep dismay at the situation. The owner of the Beaudesert store said that a little bit of dust was to be expected. I informed her that a little bit of dust was not a problem, however an atom plume of dust was a serious problem. She could not believe that there would be that much dust. She spoke to the workman who informed her that most of the sanding had been completed and they would vacuum up the dust. I explained to the store owner that the vacuuming up of the dust would take if from the floor but what about the walls, ceiling, furniture etc. She offered to come out with a bucket and mop and HELP ME CLEAN IT UP!!!!!! if I felt that it was that bad. I was speechless and totally disappointed with this reaction to an obviously distressed customer. Procedures should be in place for the process of laying floors and reinforced by management (ie if the bag on the sander is broken then you don't sand the floor until a replacement is found avoiding the situation which occurred with our job). The biggest disappointed was the reaction of our local store owner maybe I should have sent the workers to her house to sand her floor and she could deal with the outcome. I must add that the boys who laid the flooring did a good job and showed care and finished to a high standard. They apologised a number of times for the dust but unfortunately it was too late. My husband and I are in our sixties and have spent hours on cleaning up something that could have easily been avoided. Buy locally - not again for me I'm afraid.

I just recently got carpet for my 2 bedroom duplex at Oxenford. I had no problem with the initial contact with Manager Matthew Kollner. He took time out for us to come over and pick the right choice of carpet for my 2 bedrooms. But what annoyed me and to point it was unprofessional service. Is the day they layed the carpet 16/06/2016 their was no communication between Matt and Carpet Layers. I left my house keys with Office at Helensvale, the carpet layers would pick them up there and go lay my carpet but instead they thought they would be left at my house and I was left with the dozen voice mail messages on my phone. So instead one of the carpet layers decided to break into my home through the garage window that was open and leave his filthy hand marks on the eaves and inside the garage near the window he climbed through as well break the fly screen wire at the bottom of the window. NOW WHO DOES THAT? If you can't get into the property you come back at another time. But Matt the Manager at Helensvale was cool with this your carpet was layed wasn't it.

So it doesn't stop there Matt was going to get my keys from the warehouse because that is the only set I have in regards to getting into my place as I have another set with Real Estate as I am leasing my place but have no tenants as of yet and he was going to get these keys so I can pick them up on Saturday but he forgot and my house keys were with the carpet layer who spent his Saturday on Golf Course. I was lucky I was able to go to real estate and just borrow the ones they had for 10 minutes and do wanted I needed to do and actually look at the carpet I paid for. As for Matt haven't heard back as of yet and YES he was going to call me back in regards to whole situation.

So I advise for any new customers that want carpet please don't go to Helensvale unless you want CRAP and UNPROFESSIONAL service no one should have put up with what I have the last few days.

We started our carpet laying process last Monday (9/4) and the order listed the job as a 2 day process. When the installer arrived he told us that it would take until at least the Friday (13/4) Went and checked on the Tuesday (next day) and was shocked at how little had been done. Rang Cairns Store and asked "if the job is so slow and time consuming was there only one person working on the job". Was told installers work by themselves. My discussion with them was - if it takes one person to do a job for 6 days - then logicly it would take 2 people 3 days; and 3 people 2 days. They would not listen The fact that the installer only works from around 9am till 3pm has not helped our situation.
Yesterday afternoon (a week and one day after starting) installer was still preparing for laying the carpet. When I rang Andersen's in Cairns there response was less then satisfactory - we are now looking at Friday 20th April. Therefore a scheduled 2 day job has become a 2 week nightmare.

Words cannot express the frustration I have experienced dealing with Andersen's.

Toowoomba store manager Jay Anderson has an extremely wide knowledge of all aspects of flooring, and was able to give excellent advice to a range of queries. I happily recommend this store.

I recently had to have two seperate properties carpeted, I was fortunate to have Erica from STAFFORD as my rep she was very helpful and a pleasure to work with and will definitely use this store and Erica for further work

After going to Andersens Aspley and dealing with Aaron, he was so helpful, I purchased 5 rooms of carpet and nearly 50metres of vinyl planks nothing was too much trouble for him, and also very patient.
The price I felt was reasonable for what I received.
But best experience of all was when the young men came to lay the carpet and planks Paul and Jay are so well mannered and helpful, respectful and clean up everything and what good work they do the carpet and planks look great Paul has a real attention to detail it was a pleasure to have the both of them in my home thanks guys and Andersens for everything.

We have dealt with Greg and his team for many years now and have always been treated like VIPS . They give us great advise on all types of floor coverings and have been prompt and competitive on prices.The guys doing the installing always clean up after they have finished . We recommend Andersens Stafford to all our family and friends .

Called into store and had someone come to my house for a measure and quote and still haven't received quote that was a month ago- last week i sent an email message through their site and still no reply.

Greg and the team at Anderson’s Stafford have provided faultless service and competitive pricing on numerous projects for us over the past 10 years. We recommend them often to all our family and friends. Great company to deal with.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of dealing with the owner of the maroochydore store. From the moment we met him we his service, knowledge and attention to detail exceeded any if his competitors. We were kept up to date from the time we ordered right through to the end when he gave us a personal phone call to follow up. The installers who did our carpet abd vinyl were also friendly, neat and very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his team of professionals. A very happy customer
