Products were ordered on a saturday night Australia time and arrived by express courier on Friday.
Really love the products - the aroma, texture,and clever packaging design. Most products are not exposed to air in their packaging. my skin feels very hydrated. i'm impressed with Anne Semonin's products for sure! Wish she had a distributor and spa in Australia.

I really wanted to thank one of the most wonderful employees of this company. Her name is Lisa and not only did she always answer my questions but she helped design a skin care routine using Anne Semonin products. My cystic acne has almost completely disappeared and my skin has this beautiful "dewy" look to it. I didn't think anyone could get that look without Photoshop! I can't say enough wonderful things about this company and their products.

I first heard about Anne Semonin products whilst at the El-Palace in Barcelona. I visited the SPA there and was really impressed with the quality of the products.

I would definitely recommend the products to a friends and will certainly purchase further products in the future.

I first used some Anne Semonin products at a B&B in Paris while visiting from California. I instantly fell in love with the products and was curious to try more. When I arrived back in California a few months later, I ordered many of these lovely products. The quality is exceptional! The affect is oustastanding at caring for my skin and hair unlike anything I’ve ever tried. I had never heard of the name before so I’d like to help spread the word so others may benefit from Anne Semonin. I’m a lifetime customer now!! I just wish it were easier to get the product without going through customs.

I love the products (been using them for years) and have no problem with the website.
I do, however, wish there had been an option to leave delivery instructions (as we can with Amazon). We have a private deck where packages can be safely left, but instead, we missed the delivery and I still don't have products in hand. Annoying.

I have placed many orders with Anne Semonin. They are an efficient company. I love their Gentle Mistletoe Shampoo.
I had a little difficulty understanding how to apply my points to be deducted from the order total but having emailed their customer help line was efficiently answered and helped. Thank you.
