so thankful that i can get my forgotten password back and knowing that just anyone else can not without the interaction that takes place is great!

i really don't need such a complicated application or program, because i don't have the technical knowledge to set it up, tons of great features it looks like just too complicated for myself. i need the program for dummies.

Having tried two other camera manufacturers, i have had success with the Annke FHD Mini Wireless Video Surveillanc kit from Amazon
System has 2 powered cameras and runs though WiFi Windows 10 on my PC .Instructions start with phone system BUT installation for PC is shown at the end.
Easy installation and the Support from Annke is very good, e mails answered within 24 hrs.They give links to a range of help files for download
I am purchasing another 2 cameras now as the installation can support four.

Well done Annke.

I have to say, I am pretty impressed with the response time from Annke's technical support team. I sent in a question to them on a Saturday morning around 11:30.a.m P.S.T. I got an answer by 7:55 p.m P.S.T. the same day... about 8.5 hours later on their Sunday afternoon!

I was NOT expecting to hear back from them any sooner than late Sunday night my time due to the 15 hour time difference.

Thank you Annke. customer support is one of the important "features" that I look for in my purchasing considerations. Your two year warranty with a 3rd year option says you believe in your product and your response to me says to me, you stand proudly behind your products. As a potential customer, this instills confidence to me that the Annke products must also be just as impressive. Take care and thanks again... peace.......P.N.

First and foremost, the technical specification of these cameras, at this price point is unmatched. I had used for some time, then due to renovation works, had unplugged them and put away. When it came to recommission them, i had forgotten the passwords, and was having trouble connecting them to my router via WIFI. i contacted ANNKE support, and was assigned an adviser, Bella. In a few email conversations, and a support call, Bella returned all four cameras to full operational order. I can openly say the support i received was second to none. I will have no hesitation purchasing more from this company. I am most appreciated of their support team, especially Bella.
