Received notification of apartments at Hollywood Mirage by email in June 2013 for the following January 2014 and hope similar offers come up this summer. Booking process very smooth.

Extremely impressed with the quality of the apartment, very spacious, great facilities and had everything we needed for 2 adults and 3 kids. Gorgeous views too. Absolutely perfect.

I would also like to thank Lucy Althorpe who helped us with our booking, she provided an outstanding service to ensure we got exactly what we needed. We had the most amazing family holiday and I'm really grateful for her care and dedication to ensure our holiday was perfect.

I did have a problem booking online and trying to pay by Amex so I had to phone apartments4you but the representative was very helpful and dealt with the matter satisfactorily although I had to pay using a different credit card.

We had a lovely short break with my staff in March 2015 the appartments were very clean no aircon only fans in the ceiling So had it been hot would have been uncomfortable ! There was a lovely beach stretch across the road you had to walk under the Miini motorway ! Which was great for adults I would not like young children crossing it ! Well worth the walk to the beach 10mins max you can walk for 3miles of decking along the coast line with great fish restaurant along the way . The apartments were basic but you had all you needed could do with modernising but they were not shabby ! Location great no need to cook a mixture of casual and smart restaurants in walking distance .

I spent a week here from the 28th December, I was quite impressed with the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed, from utensils to bin bags and washing up liquid. The beds were comfortable, and we had 2 sets of towels each so i told the cleaners that they didn't need to bother coming in, the apartment was clean and we had plenty of towels for the week. I would most definitely stay here again. We made use of the indoor pool a few times and the mini golf, and played pool. We had booked the apartment as it was in a central position so we could visit Andalucia. There was entertainment on a few times during the week which I was surprised about, wasn't expecting that, but unfortunately due to all our travelling we always got back too late to see any of it.

The apartment and the service and helpfulness of the 24 hour reception staff was brilliant! They couldn't do anything more to go out of their way to help you. The pool bar and pool is also top class where you will want to spend most of your time! The lifeguard means that it is a great place for children to play.

Facilities and apartment fantastic and very clean, I would have given 5 stars but have not due to the checking in and out process at the resort, people queuing all over the reception with only two staff receptionists working. The receptionist that checked us in was rather rude and not welcoming and gave no information on buses, safe keys etc but I would put this down to the pressure she was under. All other staff were fantastic

You can get some good deals but for the second time in two years the service change quoted on the booking was incorrect and we were charged more on arrival at the hotel. very disappointing. The discount offered was less this year than last year when booking through TESCO club card.

i was unable to make my trip due to last minute family problems so I am unable to comment, I was going to email you regarding this but I knew I could not reschedule as I would have liked or to get a refund so I did not bother, if you would like to refund me or reschedule my trip that would be very nice and then I will be able to make a fair comment.
