Apex Cars Direct

So it’s been three months since I bought a 2012 Range Rover Westminster from Apex Cars Direct. I have always intended to leave a review but there seems little point in doing it the week you buy something as you really don’t know what you have bought until you have owned it for a while.

I live 220 miles from their dealership and read these and other reviews online and everything suggested a good company and this gave me the confidence to book an overnight stop and go and view the vehicle. Pictures I requested of certain areas were emailed to me prior to the trip with no problems.

I spent a considerable time looking around and checking it over, we had two test drives and I can only say that James and team were very patient and helpful will any and all questions that were asked.

As mentioned, three months have now passed by since the purchase. Admittedly I don’t do a high mileage but the car has been faultless and everything in it (and there is a lot in a Range Rover) has worked as it should do.

I did also have an independent inspection of it done by a local specialist and though it may need a couple of odd jobs done in the future to make it just so, it was deemed a good car.

So, a thank you from myself for being a genuine, honest car dealer.

Would I recommend you…Yes.

Would I buy from you again…Yes.

Just Arrived Back Home With my 2008 Lexus, This was the first Second hand Car I have purchased for many years, James has made the sale an absolute pleasure , I turned up when I originally went to view the car un scheduled , James handed me the keys and left me to view the Car inside the showroom with no pressure what’s so ever. 1 week later I have picked it up and drove home, couldn’t be anymore happier ,I would recommend dealing with James at Apex to anyone without a doubt. I recently sold a BMW X5 on behalf of my son. Apex were professional and checked the vehicle with care and offered an acceptable price. The financial transactions were also done in a manner which gave me confidence.

Bought my BMW X4 from Apex on 26th February to replace my stolen Audi Q5. Never saw the car in person bought it blind as I live in Mansfield. James dealt with name from initial enquiry to delivery. The car was even better than I expected. It had a faulty parking sensor, but James paid my local BMW specialist to fit a new one straight away.Top level customer service.

After 60 years of buying cars for my personal use every 6 months or so I can honestly say that car dealers do not come any better than Apex Cars Direct. General Manager James is an absolute gem with seemingly inexhaustible patience and great integrity.
Any concerns are dealt with instantly by the company and always with the customers best interests in mind. My latest car purchased from Apex Cars Direct is exactly as described and it's condition is a tribute to the gentleman who sources their stock.
Anyone buying their vehicle from this company will come away well pleased indeed.!! I am a true petrolhead and have had vast experience of car dealers some good some bad. All that I can say is that Apex Cars Direct is probably the best used car dealership I have ever found.
