The insurance Consultant Nigel at the Solihull branch was most welcoming. He listened to our requirements and provided to us a most competitive house insurance quotation which we then took out.

I had to be proactive to start the renewal process this year and the follow up Admin left a lot to be desired. Documentation promised to sent to me never arrived and when I called in the office nothing was ready for collection. I was told this was due to computer problems but it happened with both my House and Car insurance renewals! The actual insurances obtained however were competitively priced and met my requirements.

I re-newed my car insurance in July 2019. The service offered by the A plan insurance consultant (Chris) was very good. Prior to contacting me, he had already searched the various car insurance databases for the best deal available to me on the market. It became a formality in re-newing my car insurance to a satisfactory conclusion.

James Homden in Southampton was very helpful in finding an insurer which would insure my house contents for £150,000 without having to fit house alarms. We had some correspondence on some individual items needing specific valuation and advice from A Plan was clear and precise.

I am very pleased with the service I have received, the phone is answered in good time, not left hanging on listening to music, my renewals were dealt with very professionally

I would have scored 5 star, as the communication and courtesy are brilliant. However, as with all such transactions, it seems like there has to be a short period of negotiation before getting the ‘best’ offer. It would be great to feel that the renewal is already the best offer. Having said that, I feel far more confident dealing with A-Plan than trawling through comparison websites.

I've used A-Plan for my motor insurance for many years and the face to face service has always been very good and the premiums I have paid have been very reasonable and often cheaper than online quotations from other companies.

I can’t praise Simon and Ricky from the Banbury branch up enough. They are so professional, helpful and friendly they made a very difficult claim slightly less stressful. It was due to them that I renewed again with A-Plan. They deserve a pay rise!

I have no problems with A-Plan I just pop into there Horsham office and renew my 2 car insurances and my house insurance when due and speak with one of there staff and within 10mins job done. What could be easier have done that for the last 8 years very happy. ????

I have had to make a claim on my house insurance a plan have not been very helpful haven’t been kept upto date with what is going on I have 3 insurances with you when they run out I will not be going to a plan again

I recently had to change my insurance I phoned & they sorted it all out for my looking at my original insurance cover to see if it provided what I needed it took some time so they went off & found everything out got New quote from another insurance firm & rang me back once everything was sorted so all I had to do was the bad bit & pay. Very good went extra mile
