I am so hurt and upset. I was so excited about the products and the company. But they made an unauthorized withdraw from my checking account it wasn’t even tied to one of their subscriptions. I reached out an hour after the charge of over $300 was made to my checking account which info I never gave them—the got it through PayPal. I sent four emails in two days, sent them a text message and DM’d them through instagram. Finally after three days I got an email back saying sorry it has been after 24 hours so they can’t make any changes. But I had reached out to them four times within 24 hours. They never responded to me after that and ignored any efforts. I am not even excited to use their product before because of how horribly I was treated and how they made no effort to understand or rectify the situation.

I ordered ONE product, they gave me a SUBSCRIPTION I did not authorize. They notified me the day before that my "next" order would be shipped the next day. There is no way to cancel a subscription on the website, even with the link they send you after you create an account. You have to create an account to cancel a subscription, they claim there's a link there to cancel but THERE IS NOT. They claim you can cancel by sending them an email. I did that and they just sent me back the link with instructions to go to the page that has NO way to cancel. Then the next day they send me an email saying my "next order" had shipped. I had to cancel them from PayPal. This is a scam. Avoid them.

After 2 weeks & already feeling & seeing Positive Results, will do "Build yr Farmacy". Fixed income so must budget careful, know daily use of adaptogens #1 way achieve lasting health results. Very happy w/company & luv her story! Thanks, Shizu! If not for Covid, definitely consider go wholesale & have Apothekary parties. I am a Master Herbalist & luv share great/easy ways to use Adaptogens. Need them NOW, more than ever!

Been loving their Chill the f out blend and Mind over matter. I put them into my coffee everyday and can't live without them honestly. Only negative thing is the bottle opening - get their spoon! It's cute too! Works so great.

Supports reps are literally useless.

The idea is simple: take spices, blend, sell overpriced.
What can go wrong?
Well, miss half of the order.
Cancel the order and never bounce money back.
Promise to refund, and not provide any info to dispute it.
