Excellent product but poor service. Company doesn't even have the stock on hand to sell. On Ebay it stated that it would be delivered within a week. I ordered and paid then got in touch with them to ensure my item was going to be delivered as they had not sent it and that was a day before it should have been delivered. They told me to wait 10 more days as they are waiting for item to come to them. Well nearly 3months later I got it. If you need something in a hurry don't use them but products are good .

Very happy, had a speedy, delivery, only unfortunately had two wait 2 weeks for stock to come toAppliance Giant. Was advised by your customer relations staff of this delay after purchasing online. Pleased to be informed right away of this issue. I am still geting familiar with this microwave but I am thoroughly satisfied with it’s performance and am also having trouble following instruction manual. It is different to my previous microwaves. Product looks very smart and stylish.though.

customer service was mediocre, phone always on busy cannot call, delivery guy did not understand the note on the slip, barely understood what was written in english, then he whinged that he couldn't deliver my stove upstairs because he was not told about the stairs (which clearly was written as the note) i had to explain it 3 times until he said ok, then proceeded to tell me that he couldn't take it with the trolley as it was "too wide" needed help, i told him i had my 2 kids under 2yrs waiting upstairs alone i could not be there to lift (less than a month ago i gave birth), i had to ask my dad that lucky he was home and lives next door to help lift the heavy boxed stove.... i am very dissapointed, the stove tops work but the light in the oven does not function at all. not happy with the service.

Bought a fridge from AG and paid for it on a Friday and it was delivered on the Monday. Fantastic service and very competitive prices. Unfortunately the next experience not so great. Bought an electronic frypan weeks ago and still waiting for it to be delivered, despite assurances it would arrive at the warehouse on the 12 May.... it’s now the 17th and no sign of it yet. Random!!!!

Overall good service and prompt delivery but don't show stock if you don't have any had to wait past promised due date for backorder

I placed 2 orders and received one promptly but the other unfortunately was out of stock however advertised as in stock on the website. I had purchased it and was contacted days later that it is on backorder. I am waiting patiently and hope I will not be disappointed

The item I ordered was not available for a couple of months so they phoned me with the option to wait or get a refund which was promptly put back into my account I would recommend them and use them in the future

I don't feel the product is safe.When it used the door there is a gap and smoke came when tried to roast bread.How can I return and get the refund please ?

Very happy with the service I received from Appliance Giant, I received a phone call one day before the delivery which was great. The product was delivered in excellent condition. Overall experience was great.

Tv is absolutely amazing but with the amount of mix-ups and lack of contact it ended up being a massive hassle special mention to Vanessa who had to put up with my terrible attitude she handled it really well and professionally and Sammy who organised a replacement tv although if I bought the replacement tv somewhere else I could of got it $130 cheaper

I ordered a sunbeam food processor then a few days later I got a call to say it was not in stock. Sent me a updated version for the same price.My delivery was prompt and I would have no hesitation to buy from you again.
