Sehr schlecht.
Bestellung aufgegeben und bezahlt.
Dann nichts mehr gehört.
Nach einer Woche rief ich an und die Ware war versandfertig.
Ein paar Tage später stellte sich heraus, dass es vergriffen war. Dann wieder und am nächsten Tag nein. Ich hatte die Wahl zu warten oder abzubrechen. Habe letzteres gemacht, aber danach überhaupt keine Antwort von dieser Firma. Auch kein Geld zurück. Also hier nichts bestellen. Sie erhalten keine Bestellung und anscheinend auch kein Geld zurück.

I ordered goods in your store for the first time. I liked the prices of goods and the possibility of delivery of purchases in Russia. The parcel has received today. I'm a little afraid of sending a good external filter, but in vain - box, in which were very well packaged goods, was with thick walls. No voids in the box, everything was laid corrugated paper, goods in the box are no loose! Thank you very much to your store for such an attitude to the customer from another country!

Very good prices and unbelievably fast delivery to Sweden (5 days from ordering). Easy-to-use website with good information about the products, but also the shipping cost ect. I will keep buying from Aquaristic in the future.

I order 3 weeks ago a CO2 system with a delivery time of 7-9 days (inside Germany) and it is still not being delivered. The explanation is that it is out of stock and they are waiting for the new ones to arrive... but why don´t they write that on the product page.

When today I called them and explained all the problems their LIES have caused me (cause actually they have no real clue when can they deliver) the woman at the telephone JUST HANG ON ME. And just after 34 phone calls I could cancel my order.

As usual, all products came well packed and on time. I have ordered from Aquaristic.net about 40 times and never had a problem. I am 100% satisfied.

Store staff is very helpful, everything is explained clearly, the prices are competitive and shipping is a bit expensive, but fast enough: 9 days to deliver the package to my home in Italy!

I ordered seasalt, lavarock, 2 marimos, eheim classic external filter, and bionautic granules for saltwater fish. Well, shipping was really fast, all the items seem to be fine, just 2 things- I would prefer the salt packed in hermetic bags instead of just tied up (in an extra ziploc bags, though). Another issue- i found no label, no names etc on the bags with salt, so actually i cant even be sure whether its what i paid for. Of course, although there are nothing on those bags, I trust aquaristic.net- they seem to be serious online store, so I'm sure its OK. Havent opened them yet so cant tell the condition of salt. Otherwise everything was packed well, no damages, excellent condition, great communication- i forgot to add my cellphone number in note to seller and they kindly wrote it on the package a day later, thanks! So- summing up- only 2 small issues about seasalt, overall- great online store, reasonable prices, fast shipping. I'll buy again if needed. Recommended.

I ordered several articles i received at home a few days later. There was a problem with one of the articles that couldn't be sent (I had already paid), and the money was immediately returned. Prices are good.

I ordered this 3D background for my new tropical tank, after looking at several sites I found Aquaristic Net, I could not believe the price almost half the equivalent cost in the UK even with the transport cost. It took a while to come from Germany but the people at Aquaristic kept me informed of the progress. The product was well packaged and looks great in my new tank.

Best online shopping.Received items 4 days after order and that was from Germany to the UK.Much quicker than ordering in the UK.Saving approx £65.Will be buying all my aquarium items from them in the future.

I'm very pleased with the service that aquaristic.net offers. I have purchased from them many times and never had any problems. Aquaristic.net is the first place I check when I need to make any new purchases for my aquarium hobby.

It is mainly three points I think are good.

1. Service

Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to send an email and they usually respond within an hour, which I have never experienced before in other places. And, not to forget, they actually writes and understand english witch is great for me since I don't speak german.

2. Prices

Prices of goods and shipping is also very good compared to other webshops

3. Shipping times

Usually, it will take only of couple of days to have the products delived. I live in Sweden so it's a pretty long distans the gods has to be transported before arriving to my place.

So, finally, I recommend everyone to buy from Aquaristic.net

i took 35 kilos of marine reef rocks. they are perfect,
but i took and 15 kilos of marine plates. all the 15 kilos was only two large pieces, the one piece was very very large and heavy and too much uncomfortable and difficult to use it as it is.

I got 1 tracking number, but when package arrived, there was just few items I ordered. There was no info about the rest of my order. I called and got information and that usually customers get all the tracking numbers automaticly. Don't know why it didn't work this time.
I thought I'd get everything delivered at the same time and then got really worried when there was no information about the situation.

This was the last time that I use this service - I'm still waiting for my last order (almost 1 month ago).
Very unsatisfied!

Fast delivery to Sweden, only five days! The only remark is the 300W Jäger Heater that was broken, but got a new one free after emailed them. Didn't even need to send the old one back. Except that the goods was wellpacked, High quality and very nice prices compared to me home country. Will Defenately comeback soon!

i have made 2 orders the 1 one was fast and great... the second one was a little longer shipping time. but all and all pretty fast shipping iam from sweden and it took like 1 week ''only'' to get my order.

the prices are over all good.

Placed an order 925Euros on 30th of March 2019. At that time all items were available and decided to go ahead as I needed the items urgently.
On 17th of April, and after sending them an email asking when the order should be expected to arrive, I received an email from Mrs Batscheider saying "...sorry for the delay. The items are not on stock and still missing. Your order will be ready to ship in about one week. Sorry for this long delay."
Totally unacceptable service, no notification or email on the delay, creates terrible problems for me, I hope to at least get the items I ordered at some point. I will update this review if/when I receive the items.

UPDATE 5TH OF MAY 2019:

After another "sorry for the delay" email I got back from them, I managed to cancel order a week ago after they gave me a rough time trying to contact them. I still have no money refund and am VERY worried I will never get my money back!!! I will update this review if/when I receive the amount of money back.

I got just recently re-involved with the hobby after giving up because of the prices/advises/attitude of LFS. I have already shopped twice from aquaristic.net (despite the expensive transportation costs in my case) and both times the experience has been pleasant. The second time there was a delay in the courier tracking service and the response to my emails was immediate and gave me the feeling of personal service rather than a big online retailer. I can definitely suggest aquaristic.net. Just improve the online presentation of your merchandise.
