I am a Canadian resident and was visiting Dubai from 2 -7 Dec. I had a bad and un-pleasant experience with iventure and city sightseeing bus tours.
I had taken flexible 5 options from iventure out of which I planned to use city sightseeing bus tours for 5 Dec . On the brochure it mentions with one day sightseeing tour covers cultural dhow cruise tour k is included (image attached), to my understanding I reached there and waited for 1 hr for my turn in last to be told that it's not included in iventure card. The people from both side were not very helpful in resolving the dispute.
To my surprise no one told either from iventure when I bought package nor I was told by the lady from sightseeing city bus tour .
As my son was highly disappointed , I had to buy a separate ticket for the Creek site cruise which costed me additional 84 AED (attached invoice).
I really want your help to make the communication clear so that other tourist don't have unpleasant experience as me and my family had to go through.
Also attaching the email conversation with iventure lady , they didn't even apologized to me for the inconvenience caused to me and my family and the extra time and money I lost.

Arrivé sur place le guide nous a complètement délaissé et nous a rien montré, d’ailleurs je n’ai pas pu en profité car j’ai n’ai pas vu le stand de henné, pas pu faire de photo en tenu local ... BEAUCOUP TROP DE MONDE .
C’est un attrape couillon, tout est nul est cher 1050 AED pour deux personnes avec une heure de quad , c’est du vol .. C’est de l’abattage très cher payé (exemple: le repas salade de macedoine en boîte version cantine ). N’y allez surtout pas.
Si vous voulez quelque chose de authentique et d’honnête .. fuyez c’est de l’arnaque !!!! ????

However, we got to the desert to the "meeting place" where we had to wait for more than half an hour doing nothing - you could pay extra for the boogie rides, buy souveniers, drinks etc.. if i would have wanted the boogie rides i would have booked a tour with such included.. so, i was left stranded waiting for the others to finish their rides.. this was not pleasant..
Otherwise.. the driver was not so fun.. he kept mumbling that he does not want to be the first, but follow the other cars instead.. the other cars seemed to have much more fun than we did.. music in the car, the driver was having fun..
The desert was really spectacular and it's worth seeing at least once in a lifetime... the dune bashing was so fun but quite short - 20min max..

Booking with Arabia Horizons company was easy and Connie was helpful and reachable at anytime . Kudos to Connie ????.
I rated the company 4 stars because the bus was 10 min late from the picking up point . The worst part he also got lost on our way to RAK and our detour took 45 min, so we were behind schedule . Please make sure your driver is well trained for this kind of trips !
