Callum helped me through the whole process and he was excellent, his assistance was invaluable. His help definitely contributed to a very successful outcome, He helped me prepare for both interviews and we discussed what I would accept if an offer was made and the offer I received was everything I asked for. The role is exactly what I wanted so I am very grateful that Callum thought I would be a good match and contacted me.

The HR agent did not accompany me, after awhile he disappeared. Eventually I applied on my own. Therefore, the agent did not participate any meetings I did not receive any calls from him. When it came to the offer he had shown up in order to prove his existence.
To summarise, Bloc Digital Talent has not done anything to me.

I went through an excellent experience with ARM.CO.UK
They provide an excellent personalized service, always on top of the customer needs.
In addition i want to mention the high profile professionalism of Ms.KENA SHAH, she is absolutely brilliant and very emphatic.
Her time management skills during the hiring and presentation process, and care for details are absolutely outstanding.
I Never had such a positive and relaxed experience before to get the chance to cooperate with her.

Em Setembro 2019 fui muito bem acompanhada por Kena Shah durante o recrutamento, ajudou e transmitiu-te muita confiança e suporte. Sempre a ligar mostrando interesse em me ajudar. Mas este Ano, Janeiro, com Rosie Higginbottom não senti nada disso, nunca me ligou a perguntar sobre como ia com os documentos, muito fria quando perguntando ajuda. Dizendo apenas para eu consultar o Email enviado que estava tudo lá. É nota 3 por causa do atendimento de Rosie porque seria 5 por ser Kena.

Cherry Wilson at ARM was amazing to have dealings with, she kept me informed at every stage with regular updates and she even offered to chase up the MCA to fast track my seagoing certification back to me that was in the office to be revalidated.
This was the best agency I have used to date after working with some other big names in the maritime industry over the last two decades.
I would like to praise Cherry highly for her effort and enthusiasm and would recommend ARM very highly in the future. Many thanks.
