Extortionate postage charge. When it arrived it wasn't particularly well packaged and there was a small scratch on the outer frame. I read their T&Cs and basically there's nothing I can do about it as it was a custom size frame. Would not use them again.

I waited 2 weeks to get my print even through they said it would ship in 3 days. I finally opened it and it was the wrong print! I was furious. I have been waiting another week for the correct print to ship and just got an email at 2am this morning that it hasn't even shipped yet and it will be delayed. +1 star they let me keep the wrong print...

I ordered a poster from art.com. Paid $19 for OVERNIGHT for $30 something poster cause it's urgent for an event on Saturday. It said it will be arrive on August 30 somehow end up arriving on Sept 4 (that's 5 days late!) They don't say sorry and the attitude of the customer service are not nice and doesn't seem to care. This company is suck so bad!!! and their products not even that great.

There's nothing wrong with the product but this company loves to change prices on a whim. While their "sales" last for an enumerated period of time, nothing stops them from changing the base price of items that you indicate an interest in. Play games with this company because they play games with their customers, shop from different IPs and don't assume the prices will remain the same from day to day--even if a "sale" last for several days.

I ordered a canvas print that arrived with a large black splotch on a girl's pale face. I'd like to know if the prints are reviewed at all because the black splotch is quite noticeable. After reading awful reviews of refunds, I decided to fix the print myself. Luckily, I was successful or, I started to care less. In any case, I will never use this company again. The obvious mistake was easy to spot before the ink dried. This company is either careless or is employed with small children who have poor vision. Don't risk it.

I waited weeks for a piece I ordered. Finally they tell me it's back ordered. I cancelled. Ordered another piece, same thing. After 6 weeks I still have only 1 of 5 ordered and it's garbage! I was shocked when I opened it. The piece repeats at an interval that they left a portion of the next print on my edging, that overlaps the canvas. The hanger was one you could buy at Walmart and it was put on crooked. This place, along with their affiliate ALL POSTERS, should be run out of business. It's all crap!!

I ordered 4 Prints on May 7th with an estimated delivery of May 14th. On May 16th I received an update saying that my order was delayed with no estimated delivery date. I contacted three people in customer service and not one of them could tell me if the delay would be days, weeks or months. I asked if they were still printing at all and they said yes, but my order had not yet been printed. Today I contacted them again and they said they were printed, but they had no estimated ship date. I understand that these are difficult times, but every other company I order from hasn't had issues. I cannot believe they can't even estimate a ship date.

I ordered a $25 poster and was charged customs because art.com said the package was $50. Tell your customers that they will be charged more than what they agree to pay on your site! Definitely not ordering from you again

I spent a ridiculously long chat session with art.com, in what should have been a basic answer to a question I had, trying to find out if they can produce or offer any art using the giclee printing process. The chat agent Kurt was extremely evasive and refused to answer my question about giclee or not. I eventually gave up. It caused me to look online and do a bit more research on them, and I see many negative reviews. This has definitely scared me off and I will not be ordering anything from them.

I ordered one item on April 14 that they ORIGINALLY told me would arrive on April 20th but got no item. I called the next day and even wrote them on the live chat ! The person on the phone and live chat said my item would be shipped that same exact day and I should receive a email with my tracking number ! It is now the 22nd and no email ! I wrote the live chat again and now they are saying my package won't be shipped until the 25th which it absolutely ridiculous. Now no one wants to respond to me in regards to my refund. I will never shop here again

What a horrible experience. Someone ordered something in their name using my address. I contacted them in order to find out if the customer used any of my credit cards, etc. I didn't ask for specific information on what form of payment other than try to find out if it was in fact in the customers or my name. They told me I had to try to find the information on my own and if I had an issue to file a fraud claim with my financial institution. I understand they can't give me all the information due to privacy issues, but seriously, you are so anti customer and so pro fraud that you wouldn't even assist in any way? It's a shame that they would treat potential fraudsters better than anyone else.

I ordered a custom framed print. The first delay was due to their accounting department not posting my PayPal payment. Then my order was delayed because they were out of stock on UV Non-glare acrylic with no estimated delivery date for this essential product. I then cancelled my order. I have to say though that the customer service people are fantastic. Seasoned professionals even right after being hit by the recent hurricane. Brava, ladies, brava!!!!

Ordered a 36 x 48 inch canvas print (no frame) for our bathroom wall. The artwork was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and arrived in good shape along with all the hanging hardware. The quality of the print on the canvas looked good. Will go back to Art.com in the future.

An item I ordered was shipped along with one I never ordered. Following this I sent an e-mail advising the company of the error, and I was advised that the entire order would be reshipped. I called in an attempt to correct this and the customer rep. that I spoke to was rude and dismissive. Her attitude was unacceptable !!! . Moreover wait time on the telephone exceeded 15 minutes

Waterlillies by Monet. Original image stretched ten times to show no detail whatsoever! Looks like a hot mess of blues and greens. Don't believe in their sales! It's a scam! At least they gave me a full refund.

Ordered a print on Monday, selected and paid for 2-day shipping, was quoted that delivery would be Friday. Makes sense since it may take a day or two to process. We were unable to track the package so had to call in to find out what was happening on Friday. They blamed the vendor without accepting responsibility on their end. They did not send any email to show delay, and when we requested an overnight delivery, they said they couldn't do that because they just now sent the item so it would arrive until Tuesday, precisely 8 days after ordering. Again, without getting any email notification. We cancelled the order because we needed the print right away to have it framed by Father's Day. Very disappointed.

Although, I haven't received my very first order from Art.com, I am irritated that the delivery time takes so long. I placed my order on 7/6/2020 and the delivery date is estimated to be 7/18/2020. Not happy.

I ordered two posters and paid the expedited two day delivery for $15. When three days passed with no delivery I called Customer Service. I was told the product had to be prepared and delivery would be two days after that. Looking at the website, it says very clearly that processing time is 5-7 days and expedited delivery is 2-3 days after shipment. The reality was preparation time of 8 days and an estimated shipping delivery date of 9 days. I like their art, but very irritated by this deception.

I ordered the famous picture of the dogs playing poker with a "nice frame" for around $100 and a terrible print arrived that looks like it came out of an old Xerox machine and the matte borders inside the frame were completely lopsided to one side. I complained and they offered to replace it with a new one and to just "keep the bad one or give it away" since it's obviously worthless. The new one they shipped was also lopsided but not quite as bad. A TOTAL ripoff IMO. Would NEVER order from them again.
