Ashton Reeves have been our management company for 8 years and have always been thorough, very conscientious, professional and extremely easy and friendly to work with. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

When we eventually sold the property, that too was done very professionally. They promptly organised many viewings and successfully negotiated our sale in less than a month. They then continuously monitored the process through to completion keeping us informed every step of the way. Outstanding.

So i put 1 star as my review and had a call to take it off or they will get the law invovled now i have taken it off i wonder why they have high stars ???? stop contacting me now as i feel u done me no help as an estate agents ... and am starting to feel harrassed this is my review and this is how i feel

We had fantastic experience with Mr Nanda who is the Branch Manager and Alex. They were very professional and punctual for our appointment.

Appointment at 11 guy agent come at 11.30 after so many calls and he don't have any information stand like lemon bad experience not this agent again

Found Ryan very helpful and kept me informed at all times what was going on, nothing was to trouble, always called back when he said he would, would highly recommend.

We have been renting as tenants with Ashton Reeves for over four years and have always found them to be very reliable, friendly and willing to help in any situation. Once the Covid19 situation came about therefore we were even further impressed at their handling of our affairs during this time. Without requesting on our part, our landlord had offered to half our rent for four months which AR kindly advised him through in terms of legalities and what best to do. We also had some work needed to be carried out during lockdown, which was handled professionally and clearly so everything was done as safe as possible. Whatsmore we even were able to renew our rental contract during this time with docusign and easy communication from the estate agents as always. I would highly recommend AR during this time and beyond for the best service and quality handling.

As a buyer with a very slow solicitor and many obstacles in the way, I had a really good experience with these agents. Ryan always replied to my emails and calls very promptly, (even on his days off) and chased both sets of solicitors until the completion was achieved. If I was ever to sell my property, I would contact them for sure.

Ashton Reeves weren’t our first choice when we chose to enquire about our property which was marketed by another (big) agent as well as Ashton Reeves.

This (big) agent practically gave us the cold shoulder and we were made to feel like we had done something wrong by enquiring about a property more than £500k for whatever reason (maybe they thought we didn’t look the type to afford it).

Having no luck, my wife found that Ashton Reeves had the same property advertised so we approached them.

The difference was unbelievable. From the first point of contact right up until we got our keys; Ashton Reeves we’re friendly, welcoming, and so professional. The service we received is probably one of the best services we’ve received from any company.

I can’t praise them enough!
