I have been a long time costumer. Not anymore, still trying to get my money back from the last returns. The costumer service is no good. I think they stole my 400 € and probably won't see them again. This is the last time I use ASOS if they don't make something about it. If they do, I would be happy to share a different review.

I’ve ordered 3 times from ASOS First time They ordered it somewhere else Second times I received it “The quality was ok at the beginning then after first wash had to get rid of them” Third time haven’t received it and they closed the case without sorting it out for me!!! Bare in mind I’ve paid for next day delivery

Today I wrote on Trustpilot a rating after weeks of frustration. It is interesting looking at the reviews on that site. There is a suspicious amount of 5 star ratings all praising their customer services, rather than praising the products. Why? Their customer service is shocking and many 1 star ratings relate to their handling of issues. If you open a case and exchange messages you will never get the same person twice. I have written on 1 issue of separate orders of trousers being 5inches short on the leg length. 3 pairs of different designs out of 5 pairs delivered were wrong and one was faulty. The more we criticise the customer service the more 5 star ratings they receive. Literally many each hour! Most of those as from people who have sent 1 review. That should tell you the reviews are ASOS written! We do not see the same picture on this site, so the ratings here are a better reflection of the true picture. However, looking at recent reviews, most are much lower than the 3.5 stars which suggests service is deteriorating. By the way I was told you cannot escalate to a Manager because the Manager is not trained to deal with customers. Furthermore, despite having 3 pairs wrongly labelled and delivered the warehouse informed customer service that they have no problem. They believe the warehouse rather than the photographic evidence I have provided. Shocking

I was at home waiting for the delivery, but instead got an email that it had been cancelled and sent back to ASOS. I immediately contacted DHL and ASOS, they confirmed that it might have been a mistake of a delivery man, but offered no solution other that wait 14 days. They did not even try to correct their mistake. Now I have no clothes, no money and no help from the support team. Worst experience ever.

I'm beyond annoyed and disappointed with ASOS! I wanted to return an item that a friend bought for me. I made a return label under my friends name because he bought it. Any respectable company includes a return label right in the package so you have nothing to worry about. I don't have a printer at home so I had to go search the city to find where to print this label. Then I contacted customer support and turns out it had to be under my name so they had to issue a new label because there is no way to change it on your own. I had to go somewhere print it all over again. ASOS claims they work with DHL. However, when I went to DHL they simply told me they don't deal with ASOS returns. I then went to the office of the shipping company that actually delivered the package and they too don't work with the returns!! One kind lady told me I needed to call another delivery company that doesn't even have an office and they had to come pick up the package. It took a lot of arrangements with that delivery company because they didn't believe me that ASOS knew I am going to make a return? Whatever that means. So after all the blood, sweat and tears I finally made a return and hopefully it'll reach ASOS!

I placed an order and was told it had been shipped, when the expected delivery date arrived but no items arrived I checked only to find it said it was shipped on the delivery date, so I contacted ASOS to be told there was an issue and the items had not been shipped at all, this is the second time they have done this to me I have only used them twice, there will not be a third, appalling service and communication, there's plenty of other suppliers I'd advise try one of the others

ASOS lost my package (a jacket I bought for my brother for Xmas that I purchased on Dec 2, so way in advance to make sure it arrived on time. On Dec 19 I found out they lost it... but none notified me, I had to reach out to customer service to know. The tracking number never worked. No solutions that could fix the issue were offered to me. My bother won’t have his jacket for Xmas because of the terrible service ASOS provided. The worst was to hear that it was my fault because I should have contacted before... The only solution was to buy again the jacket in asos.es (but even though, the jacket won’t arrive on tîme) Also, I had to pay more as ASOS didn’t offer me any discount that matched the price I paid on ASOS.co.uk. So apart from not getting the jacket on time, I had to spend more money. I won’t buy on ASOS again. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Terrible service Placed order on 28th feb still no delivery had to call 4 times now and still being told they are looking into it and now refusing to give me a refund till they resolve their issue. Horrible customer service absolutely disgraceful.

I had an awful experience with ASOS. I’ve been a really loyal customer and have been using Asos for years, in the last year alone I spent nearly £1k!! On 30th November I ordered some Christmas presents in their Black Friday sale, I usually have premier (next day) delivery but this wasn’t available, standard delivery said 11th November. I got my confirmation email that it had been dispatched on the 5th, then after that NOTHING, I emailed them on the 14th chasing my order and got no response, then out of the blue I received an email saying that they had got my return! I was refunded so I called them straightaway, I would have reordered but 3 of the items were now out of stock and the rest had gone up in price, so even without the three out of stock items I would have ended up spending £65 more. They then told me that it was a mix up at their warehouse, it hadn’t been shipped so the staff assumed it was a return (this is a massive lie because it wouldn’t have had a returns label on it and I hadn’t marked the returns sheet inside) they offered me a 15% off voucher as a ‘gesture of good will’ and the guy on the phone told me they could only give me 15% because I’d only spent just over £100! I then asked for their complaints email and tweeted them asking them to respond. Their response was ‘if you want the items order again’ to which I responded that was very unhelpful, I was then just sent another 15% off voucher ‘to make it up to me’ (I can’t use these together and I can’t use them on sale items either) basically, they held my money for two weeks, gave me no update and then tried to fob me off with a 15% discount code when you can get 10% codes online for free. SCAMMERS and they don’t have any respect for repeat customers!!!

Order UGG boots from these clowns for collection from asda (toyou), in size 4 and 5 as I wasn’t sure about the size that is going to fit me. My husband picked the item, along with other package. When he brought the item home, we realised the package was open. Size 4 was missing when I checked. Contacted Asos, asked for replacement. There clowns are telling me the item was not missing, As if I am lying, then they also block my account and tell me they won’t be issuing a refund for that item. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THESE CLOWNS AT ALL!!!!

Ordered for next day delivery to be delivered on the 12th of February for a meal out i booked for 13th of feb, comes to the day and no delivery update, i start a chat with asos online, and i’m told to wait and contact them tomorrow, and the same happened the day after, So i went to DPD instead, turns out the order is being delivered on the 14th And DPD hadn’t received it from asos, definitely not next day delivery what i paid for, i’d say don’t rely on asos if you definitely need it for a certain date always have a back up, very disappointed and confusing ordeal

I ordered a dress in the sale for £9.50 (originally priced at £39), plus £3.50 delivery - so far, so good… It arrived - the overall quality of the "£40" plain grey woollen dress was appalling, the stitching was poor and it had white pieces of wool/fluff (?) sown in. Over the bust area it looked like it had marks/stains on it. I requested a refund and the reason for the returns, stating that I felt my postage should also be refunded as the dress was faulty. Customer services, did refund the price of the dress but did not contacted me with an apology, assurances that this is not their usual standard, refunded postage etc. I would not recommend and wished I had read the reviews online before wasting my time and ultimately my money.

I was buying from Asos for years now and I can say that quality wise items are going down year over year, some items are okish, others come looking great and after just 3 days of wearing fabric starts to go bad (synthetics go fuzzy/hairy, cotton thins out so much in some parts it is almost see-through). Also their unbelievably stupid shopping experience, while buying 2 piece suit I got to choose pants size in inch measurements, but blazer was somehow in cm, and worst part actual measurement units are not mentioned, so I guessed they are in inches also (like pants were), but I was wrong. I mean really? How is that possible? Yes, their shipping is good and package comes fast, with tons of plastic baggies to dispose after, but I won't be buying anything from there, because after spending 100+ euros in a week you are left just with bag of rags.

placed an order with ASOS and almost a week later it still hadn’t arrived. I logged in to track the order and it said it had been delivered to a neighbour. I had received a calling card and the “neighbour” lived four doors down. When I finally got through to them a very senile elderly man angrily answered the door and said he didn’t have my parcel. His name also did not match the name ASOS quoted. I called ASOS and was told I couldn’t get a refund nor a replacement until an investigation was raised with DPD. A week later I received an email to say the investigation was conducted and DPD have confirmed they delivered it successfully to a neighbour. They asked me to pick up with my neighbour. I called again and had an infuriating call with customer service who said that the matter was closed their end and they cannot refund or replace the goods. I escalated on social media and email cc-ing the CEO and received a response to say it was a civil matter with my neighbour. I then received a long follow up to say that whilst I hadn’t authorised delivery to a neighbour this is what their terms and conditions say (I checked and it doesn’t) and that they’re allowed to leave items within 50m of my house. They acknowledged I had cc-Ed the CEO and that they would on this occasion reopen the investigation with DpD but make no promises as to the outcome and cannot guarantee how long before I’ll hear a response. Absolutely criminal customer service. I will be boycotting and urge anyone else to boycott ASOS

I used ASOS to buy my prom dress. When I needed it a size smaller, the exchange was incredibly easy and the new dress was in the same great condition as the first. Then, after I had fallen in love with the dress, my prom had been canceled due to COVID-19. I must have sent a dozen emails back and forth with ASOS concerning the return of my prom dress, and every response was kind and helpful. Even though I had passed the return date and lost the tag, they were accommodating enough to fully accept my return. This was my first ASOS purchase, but certainly not my last. (And, for full disclosure, I'm in the U.S..)

Bad customer service paid for free next day delivery for the year and can not forfill the service, i have just chated with them to say i ordered wensday (its now Saturday night) and all thay can say is wait till its been a week then recontact them and its not the first time its happened i asked for a refund as im paying for a service that they cant deliver and they've said no, cant talk to no one and everyone has the same power as i asked to chat with a manager.
