The bed is awesome & helps with my handicapped mother in getting in & out of bed and both parent's enjoy their sleep through the night on this bed. Service was incredible & product is superb. This is my second transaction with Atlantic Beds. We have owned their split king adjustable bed with Insignia mattresses for 2 years and love the bed. Has not broke down or worn the usual groove in bed from sleeping in same position. The bases have not failed and they easily reconnect after any power failure. We had a Tempurpedic adjustable bed and the bases were always loosing connection. Getting it reconnected was very frustrating and I'm a fairly technical guy. That's one of the reasons why when we went shopping, we took a chance with a smaller company we did not know. We had the best supposedly at local the store, just knew we wanted something else. At a much better price we got a great bed. Just ordered a queen Insignia mattress for my 92 year old fathers bedroom. If he sleeps better, we sleep better lol.... Mike

The beds arrived quickly from the vendor, and Mike kept us up to date with the shipping info. Based on the great customer service experience, I'll definitely keep them in mind for my future bedding needs.

I haven't yet set up my adjustable bed but, the package came before I expected it and the price was the best I found on the internet. I will update my review once the mattresses arrive (different supplier) and I can set up the bed. I would have bought my mattresses from Atlantic if they had the mattress I wanted. I definitely would buy again from Atlantic Beds!

We were shopping for a Split King adjustable bed, shopped at walk-in stores, and we got exactly what we were expecting from the product. We had asked for a specific delivery date, but when the surgeon had a cancellation and asked for an earlier delivery. Our contact (Michael) told me that that was probably impossible because of the holidays and offered to cancel the order so I could get it locally. I told no, as I was so satisfied with the Black Friday deal I got, I didn't think I could equal it again. To my surprise, I was contacted by Atlantic Beds and told me that they could do it at my requested new date. Due to heavy rain on the day of delivery (+- 3 inches), it was an afternoon delivery inline of AM which was understandable. The only glitch we had was a miscommunication between the vendor that handles the "White Glove" delivery. We wanted to use our existing head and footboards, which meant that the cleats that did support the old springs and mattress must be removed. That vendor told me that they would do that, but when their installer stated that they could not do that, I told him what I had been told, he called his supervisor, who came and did the necessary adjustment. I believe Michael with Atlantic Beds went above and beyond the call of duty, as he was in Italy visiting his wife's family and handled everything via his cell phone. In short, I am perfectly satisfied with what I purchased.

I shopped for an adjustable bed for over a month before finally settling on a Leggett & Platt S-Cape+ in split-king configuration. If you are like me, and you've shopped around, you know the prices for these beds vary quite a bit between the minimum price a seller can advertise, and the actual lowest price they can sell to you for. My advice is, DO NOT BUY an adjustable bed without actually calling or emailing a retailer and asking for their lowest price. I can almost guarantee you'll save a couple hundred bucks right off the bat. With regards to my purchase from AtlanticBeds.com, it was a flawless transaction, from start to finish. Michael was available to answer any and all of my questions during the pre- and post-purchase phases. He also beat my lowest quoted price (from another retailer) by $50, and included the linking kit for my split-king base free of charge. It was shipped UPS and showed up the same day as the adjustable bases. If I ever need to buy another adjustable bed (which I hope I don't, since I expect this one to last forever), Michael at AtlanticBeds.com will be the first call I make. P.S. The bed drop-shipped directly from Leggett & Platt on the west coast and was at the shipping depot 10 minutes from my house in just a couple days. Excellent! I couldn't be happier, and I know that Leggett & Platt will stand behind their product should I ever need service. Yes, they are made in the USA, but they also have an excellent reputation for customer support. That in and of itself is so important when making a purchase like this. One more thing... AtlanticBeds.com is listed on Leggett & Platt's website as an authorized reseller, so shop with confidence. Ugh, I'm sounding like a marketing guy, now. Great experience. Got exactly what I ordered at a better price than I found elsewhere. The only issue is the delivery truck got here one hour EARLY. They waited for me to get back rather than giving me a hard time they were great to work with. They gave white glove service and tested that everything was working perfectly before leaving... and best of all they even cleaned up after themselves. All I had to do is point where the bed went.

We purchased the D-222 Leggett & Platt, split king adjustable base at the best possible price from Atlantic Beds. There were no brick and mortor stores or internet comapnies that could compare with the product/ price/ delivery/ warranty package Atlantic Beds offered. Michael was very helpful, knowledgeable and highly responsive to questions/phone calls. They had exactly what we were looking for in stock and had it delivered in a timely and professional manner in less than two weeks as promised. The delivery company was on time, the men were helpful, personable and very careful with our new bed as well as our other furniture. I also appreciated the no pressure sale- just the best price and no pushing to buy anything else. This was a large purchase for us to make without seeing or trying it out and everything went smoothly down to the last detail. I would purchase again from Atlantic beds without hesitation!

Our experience with AtlanticBeds.com was excellent, and Michael was very attentive and responsive to our needs. We purchased two twin XL beds (a split king). We purchased white glove delivery service, which was contracted out to a carrier. The two delivery people seemed very rushed, and one of them prepared the foundation and attached massage/lift features correctly and one did not. The one that did not prepare it correctly left the wiring for the lift controls on the floor, rather than attaching them to the frame as was correct. So we had to remove the mattress, flip the unit upside down, and correct the problem.

Customer comes first is the feeling I'm left with after the purchase and delivery/set up was completed. The contact with the salesperson was always up front and to the point regarding questions about the adjustable bed frame we purchased...clear concise answers and always the comment "call me if you have any more questions". We never felt rushed during the process which is a great sign about the quality of the sales staff. We even had a follow up call after the installation to make sure it went well. This is a top rated company to do business with. Michael and staff were very helpful through out the whole transaction, answering questions to make sure we made the right decisions in obtaining the bedding we needed to suit our needs. We purchased the King Insignia Twin-XL with the S-Cape foundation which is great bedding for individuals with health problems including back and arthritic conditions. The mattresses are very comfortable and the adjustable foundation makes it even better. The warehouse and delivery personnel were very courteous, polite and delivery arrived on the date and time on schedule. We can't say enough about our dealings with Atlantic Beds. The prices are right if you want quality bedding and we found this is a company that makes sure their customers are totally satisfied with their transaction.

The delivery was Great!!!! Communication on when they would be delivered was excellent. They arrived timely and set up and cleaned up all the unneeded cardboard and packing excellently. Setup was quick and they tested the units and briefly explained some of the features. They were very careful when bringing them into the house to make sure they didn't cause any damage. I would rate the delivery service 110%... the bases are very nice and have a ton of features. They are extremely flexible and responsive. The pillow tilt is a very nice feature on the Prodigy 2.0 and i am glad i upgraded as i think i would have missed it for the upgrade charge. My wife has already been using the charging ports on the side of the bed as she was pleasantly surprised they were there. (I never mentioned that feature to her).Have not got into the set up with the iphone as of yet, but i am sure my wife will. I have read through the manual and there is a lot you can do and set up with them (doesn't look difficult) if desired and or use them basically without setting up the presets and they work excellently. After much research, I contacted Atlantic Beds to inquire about the S Cape 2.0 adjustable furniture base.I was lucky to speak with Michael who proved to be very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. We discussed delivery time usually being about 3 weeks due to the size I wanted.I mentioned that I had ALS, and if possible sooner than later delivery time would be better.I received my bases in just under 2 weeks time! I almost never write reviews but in this case I feel I must give credit to Michael and Atlantic Beds. He gave me good advice on my questions and called me to set up delivery and called after delivery to see if I was satisfied with product and if I had any concerns. Excellent American made product, great price and free setup. All in all a very good shopping experience.

I was a little hesitant to purchase my adjustable beds from a small online store, but glad I did. Atlantic Beds had the best price, great service and fast delivery. My wife and I purchased a split-king adjustable bed and mattresses online from Atlantic Beds and are thrilled with our purchase. The Leggett and Platt S-Cape 2.0 adjustable bed is very comfortable especially the zero gravity feature. I wear bifocals and could not comfortably watch TV in bed with our old conventional flat bed. The Insignia Smart Latex mattresses are very comfortable as well. I like a "cool" sleep and I was concerned about the new mattress retaining heat. However, it was actually cooler than the latex mattress we replaced. Michael at Atlantic Beds was able to quickly answer all our questions during the purchase process. We used the "white glove" delivery service and the local delivery provider was wonderful. They removed the old bed and gave us time to clean the floor before setting up the new bed. Everything was in perfect order when they left. We have been sleeping on the new bed for 4 weeks and we would definitely recommend this purchase from Atlantic Beds.
