The most troubling aspect of our experience was that payment for the systems was required in advance, and clearly Atomicpark never truly had the products being sold in their possession, nor had the necessary control of these products to meet their commitments. As a footnote, the same system was purchased through another company, and shipping confirmation was received the same day.
Previous purchases went smoothly. In one case, a higher-value product (Office 2000 Pro) was substituted when the product ordered (Office 2000 Standard) was out of stock. I can't complain about that, although again I did call customer service to avoid possibly having to return it or pay a higher price.
Three days later, after I have been told I would recieve my refund for the cancellation, I still have not gotten it. Payment to Atomic Park cleared and posted, but no inclination of any refund yet. Avoid this site at all costs, a bait and switch would be one thing, but now it appears that they are just thieves!
I sent the aforementioned complaint to AtomicPark in an email and told AtomicPark that if they had the "full" product in stock then they may ship it and issue a call tag to have UPS pick up the "upgrade" product. This was contingent upon immediate shipment of the "full" product. I told them that if they could not ship the "full" version immediately then please cancel the order and credit my MasterCard and I would purchase the product elsewhere. I needed this product when I ordered it and am disappointed in these delays. The product was ordered on 5/8/06 and arrived on 5/18/06. Now, there will be additional delay with another shipment from another vendor.
I am quite disappointed in the current transaction. Why did AtomicPark not call me to tell me that they were out of stock and ask if substituting the "upgrade" would be acceptable? It would have saved us both some time, money and trouble. I told them that I hoped that they could find a way to rectify the current situation to my satisfaction. If not, then they have lost a repeat customer.
AtomicPark responded back by email and stated that someone would call to discuss the matter. No one called. So, the next day I called them and canceled the order and ordered the software from another vendor.
I am very disappointed with AtomicPark. It took 10 days for the product to arrive only to find that they had substituted a product that costs nearly $200 less than the "full" product that I had purchased. I then had to turn around and order the product from another vendor and will have to wait 7 to 10 more days for the software. AtomicPark will never get any more of my business.
UPDATE: They canceled my order. I am kinda bugged since when I ordered the item it was supposedly in stock. They could have told me 2 weeks ago they didn't have the item and ended it there. On the bright side they are refunding me in full, but still I don't think they do business well. Buyer beware.

Reading the reviews here made me apprehensive, but I went ahead and ordered from them online on the evening of April 28. I am very pleased with the results. I received my order today, May 9, complete and in good order. I saved $43 over buying locally, paid $125 rather than $168 locally. Shipping was free, and no sales tax was due. I haven't had to deal with customer service. If I do, I will update.
Next day no dice, it will ship 5/23…..sure

All of their people were very nice and canceled my order without any pressure or difficulty.
Moral of the story, call the small players first.
Their policy is not to refund money but to issue store credit. To date (1 April) they have NOT acknowledged the return of the merchandise, they have NOT corrected (or even acknowledged) their error, and they have NOT sent me what I ordered.
So now they have my money AND the software I ordered.
They have not acknowledged several emails inquiring as to the status of the order or of the returned merchandise.
With all the reputable firms out there offering customer service, willing to fix a mistake, willing to pay return shipping if you aren't satisfied, I certainly wouldn't have anything to do with these inconsiderate, negligent and unprofessional people again.

Addendum: 4/5/2006. The vendor has now promised to refund my full purchase price to my credit card instead of a partial store credit. This is as it should be. I'm still out the cost of UPS to ship it back to them, but I'm not going to force the issue.
They are a "Fair" vendor now. "Good" vendors would have refunded the money immediately upon my returning the merchandise under the RMA policy. An "excellent" vendor would have paid return shipping, probably even expediting this by placing a prepaid return label in the package in the event the consumer was dissatisfied with the merchandise.

despite many complaints , i see that these problems happen occasionaly , i have ordered
4 times , and it was fast shipping , easy to folow checkout , i have recieved the tracking numbers for all orders after short time ,
when i read all those complaints , i doubt in them
but i see by my expreience with them
that there is no problems at all.
one note that store still have draw back which is only the technical problem but it is almost didn't affect recieving product and shape ,finaly : i advice anyone to shop at their store .
