What a disaster !!!!!!! They do not manage the process themselves but outsource to a third party in the UK , who are completely rubbish , this is why the tracking on their website does not work

I submitted my documents on the 21/4 and did not get them back to the 3/6 . Pravita was managing the process and did not have a clue where my documents were , she lied about the date the documents sent to the FCO lied about the date the documents where submitted to the Embassy (she said the 9/5 when in fact it was the 18/5.

Answered WhatsApp messages days after they were sent and did not respond to emails at all

I used their service in 2020 first for my masters documents. The doc was all stamped and carefully returned within two weeks even when it was peak of covid. I then recommended it to my friend who changed his pick drop location and yet they did a wonderful job. Since then, I guess about 6 documents have been attested by them for me, my husband and our friends. Our friends have actually started dropping docs to our place because we trust them. Only the UK doc took a bit longer, but Indians docs we have received as early as 8 days too. Rates are reasonable as well. Overall, I would give them a full score.
