Terrible customer service. Sent me wrong products; switch and bait. Tried to trick me into the house brand "Rockville Audio" instead of sending what i paid for, Rockford fosgate! Took 6+ months for return and refund and even though THEY made the mistake, they charged me a 15% restocking fee. They lie about being authorized and will send you a million automated emails about the "warehouse having issues." Do not waste your time!

"I bought a portable Rockville GB1 PA system for my business. I have an event coming up soon, so it was crucial that I received something that actually worked. One of the speakers had a broken input rendering it useless. I filed a return request on Amazon and heard nothing for a couple of days and filed a claim with Amazon. Finally, AudioSavings emails me and asks me whats wrong with the item (I was pretty clear about that in the return request already). I reply and then get an email with just a return label, no postage. I email them back several times asking for return postage. Nothing. I contact them on Facebook, nothing. So here I am forced to return a defective unit at my own expense (over $100 in shipping), and still nothing from them. Finally they reply and tell me they never received any emails from me and that they can't refund my shipping. It's an absolute lie as I have the emails to prove it. Con artists

Purchased amp and come defective upon installation.. Called and audiosavings did not want to send me prepaid shipping label thus had to pay to return their defective..See attachment..So if you like to receive defective products and then have to pay out of pocket to return them without reimbursment the audio savings is the place to go..

Audio Savings had my order labelled and in the UPS trailer the next morning after placing my order and emailed the tracking number to me. Through no fault of their own, the June '20 protests prevented UPS from picking up the trailer from their warehouse. BUT, Audio Savings was communicating with UPS, and they kept me updated via email and even apologized for the delay that was not their fault. I was happy to have saved 25% off the prices from other retailers, and the item works perfectly. I will definitely shop with Audio Savings in the future.

order item on may31, seller create shipping label with ups, i track the package every day show seller have not take package to ups, i ask seller about that, seller respond was ups dealy pakage already ship,i call ups many time during 10 days till June 10 ,ups indicate they dont have the package, i ask seller refund with no respond, if that is not scan,what it is?i have ebay and paypal step in help ,hope it will wotk out, and audiosavings also have many other name,rockville.com is one of them,when u buy a audio equipment make sure it dont show audiosavins,i am wondering what BBB really for,nothing, and how can audiosavings still in business?

I purchased a 1100 dollar order and they completely messed it up from the start. They gave me a delivery date, and was seven days late, I couldn't track my things. I would contact them and they refused to reply to my emails. When I finally got my order they gave it to me incomplete. Hassle to get my money back. WORST PLACE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING PERIOD. Never again.

I will definitely purchase from Audio Savings again. I ordered two American Bass XD-1044 subs. I ordered the subs on June 28 Sunday evening and they came Wednesday July 1 that's what i call FANTASTIC service. I would definitely order from them again and again with service like that and the box and the subs were unharmed. The subs also work and sound great. Great job Audio Savings.

Ok I brought the Rockville 15 in full range speakers and the 18 in subwoofers. I had issues with some of the products and refunds and things like that but I will say all my problems where fixed and fast. The speakers I brought even though less expensive sound great. I almost didn't buy from them or the brand because of reviews but glad I did. I'm a very happy customer. DJ KevistheKing

In-ad said stereo would fit motorcycle way too big returned it by mail 4 Weeks Later call and they refuse to give refund 20 minutes on hold to get chastise and said not getting refund. Highly suggest never buy from them

Absolutely no customer service. They shipped me the wrong product. The do not answer their phone. You get a recording then hung up on. They do not respond to emails. I have made multiple attempts to call 4 different #s & multiple attempts to 2 email addresses with no answers or responses. Giving me no way to return the wrong product for the correct one or get a refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card co.

order a item from audiosavings on may31,pay in full ,item posting estimate deliver day between June4-june 10,seller created a shipping label with ups on june 1,i have been tracking with ups about the package, 10 days past no ups update, contact seller ,seller said package already shipped, i call ups ,ups said thye seller have not send ups the package yet, i contact seller,seller issue me a retuen label which i have not even recive the package,if that is not a scan,what it is?ask seller for refund with no respond,have contact ebay and paypal have them step in help,do not buy anything from audiosaving,and i have try other dealer for same item, it all treace back to audiosaving,so becareful,u may still buy from the audiosaving with different name, this is first time i have to go mto distance to get this resolve,how can they still in business,what BBB really for?nothing!

I bought a navigation receiver for my car, a 2012 kia optima sx. I went to a business that installs these for a living and they were lost on how to install it! It came packaged really well and appeared new. It was supposed to fit my car perfectly, but it didn't. I tried to write a review on their website, but it magically kept disappearing. Damn, I feel stupid

I bought a pair of speakers for my Harley from these guys through Amazon and when they arrived they were the wrong size for my bike. I had to jump through hoops and go through several 3rd degree emails to get a return auth. Apparently they had to check to see what size speakers my particular bike took before they would auth a return. I guess they thought I was a liar. So anyway, I repackage them EXACTLY like I received them except I put them in a different shipping box because the one they arrived in was damaged. I spent $20 to UPS them back and a month later I still hadn't gotten my refund. I emailed to no avail. Finally after having to go through Amazon I got my refund. Short $20!! I inquired as to why and they said a piece of insulation that was supposed to have been sent with the speakers wasn't there when they were returned. I never saw any insulation. I think they just came up with that so they could scarf me out of $20. So, I spent $80.00 and got back $40.00. Altogether a bad experience. These guys don't play nice.

I would give zero stars if possible.
Bought wireless mic system in February.
Arrived with mic not working.
Over a month later no response to numerous emails and calls.
Avoid and do not buy anything from these crooks

Ordered rockmat 50 sq ft 8-15-18 through eBay and pay pal. Audio savings says it has been shipped. UPS never had it in thier possession. I tried to get through to customer service. I waited on hold several times. Never got through. After 25 minuets on hold they disconnect. No response to email either. I guess I’ll have to contact ebay and pay pal. They don’t have a problem accepting payment but sure have a problem with shipping. Never again!

Purchased a DJ Pro Table II from them in June. It came with two Rockville synchronized, rotating lights. Had problems with one of the lights and returned it on 6/21. Was supposed to have a replacement sent out in 5-6 weeks. That’s a long time for a company that is a Rockville distributor. I waited. They never followed up with me. I messaged them on 8/7/19 and they responded on 8/8/19 saying it would be another 2-3 weeks. I messaged again on 8/27/19 and now they state it will be another 2-3 weeks. So 9/13/19 is the new date they gave me. Waited until 9/19/19 to contact them again. They tell me it’s still showing In Process! Over promising and under delivering is bad business. Failing to deliver is the doom of a business! Buyer beware when purchasing from this company!

I purchased a blue tooth speaker, which stopped holding charge about 5 months into. I wrote a claim, which the company responded with having to send it in with all the paperwork and what not through certain carriers. Understandable.
I paid over $100 to send back the broken speaker (mind you I had already paid well over $250 for the speaker in the first place).
They sent back another speaker, completely busted up.
Going back and forth with them about it coming back to me in worse shape than when it had been sent in, they claim that I did not send it through the right carrier and so on.
I finally just dropped it. I will be throwing out the speaker because they will not be giving me any sort of refund for their product, writing a review to let others know that it was not the product, its the company themselves and having to deal with them if any sort of upset comes along.
I would recommend going through another company by any means. I will never purchase from them again.
Horrible Service.

I really want to share my experience with audio savings, inc. I'm a dj, actually I lived in Utica NY, I saw they products on ebay and for the affordable price I decided to bought my first set of speakers with them cause my initial plan was upgrade all my dj equipment, I bought this 2 RPG 15 1000 watts on oct 15, 2016. when the speakers arrived, I noticed that one of them was broke in the botton, inmediatly, I contact audio savings customer service and from that moment, I started my nightmare with them. first at all they took 9 days to prepare the shipping label and finally send them back the speakers after that, running out of time with a incomplete equipment for my next party on october 29 2016, I let them know about my situation and what I received back.....this message on my ebay account: the Item for replacement is currently not in stock, I'm expecting a ship within 2-3 weeks, also they offer me a exchange to get another product or a full refund for the broken speaker and what about the other one, usually a dj used the speaker in pair not alone, and what about sending back the other one? I can send it at my own expenses plus a charge to send it back. I verify they inventory on ebay and they have 5 diferents options available with my same speaker model to resolve my situation at once but no folks, they say that is an inventory error, Really 5 diferent times ? so finally what do I have.....empty hands, loossing more money cause I cancelling my next job on october 29 and very upset and frustrated for all the inconvenience that I have experienced. they know everything about my situation with details and they avoid my messages and they do absolutely nothing about it. The people have to know.........

Hello just puttin in my 2 cents i put in an order i downsized my system i bought a 12 inch rockford bass tube it came in 3 days great it was missing the wiring i sent email. They were very nice fast i got the wiring 3 days later i hooked it up sounded great i still have my 3 12s in my garage wife didnt want them in the odyssey but my experience was great i will order from them again

I purchased a karaoke machine from Amazon that was sold to me by these people. The machine arrived and didn't work when I plugged it in. It cost $ 215.00 dollars. I went thru Amazon to return the item and was told I had to deal directly with Audio Savings. I emailed them about the problem and never heard a thing. I called them for a week until someone finally picked up the phone there. They said they would email me a return postage info to send the broken item back to them. When I received the email it was postage due from me to return the broken item to them. I was told at the shipping company it would cost over $ 100.00 to ship it back! I spent another week trying to contact them and again after hours on hold someone picked up the phone. They finally sent me a prepaid return receipt. I took it to the shipping store and paid $ 40.00 in packaging to send this broken item back to Audio Savings. Audio Savings never called me or emailed me that they had received the item back. Finally I called them again (3 days worth of calling and waiting for someone to answer the phone), Audio Savings told me the item was damaged when they received it back from me. Yea! that is why I returned it to you genius. They then said because I didn't send them photos of it not working they could not refund my money or give me a new machine but could give me a few dollars off my next order with them. ARE YOU KIDDING! I would never order anything from these cheats again. My credit card company has since refunded my money telling me that this company has a horrible reputation for pulling this scam over and over on people.
