No worries at all, arrived 2 days after ordering. Was warned that I would have to trim because of tub liner, after a short time cutting to size. Fits like a glove, couldn't be happier

I emailed a link to our Ute that we had not picked up yet to check if the cover I was looking at would fit and explained we needed it within a week as we were going away, they responded very quickly so we purchased it and it arrived quickly with plenty of time to spare. The cover fits great and we love it ????

Product supplied did not match (not even close) with images shown on web site for product, bunji straps on product were approx 50% of size of those shown , these smaller loops do not allow fitting to original vehicle lugs as not long enough, am I expected to re drill new location holes and then patch up the existing original ones. WOTFN.
Delivery was a farce, authority to leave was provided on the basis that if no one home delivery was to be left in Drop box on side verandah, this was clearly marked on the Consignment note and as a separate label by the supplier on the parcel. Clearly perhaps the TOLL driver has the inability to read, was either to lazy, or just did not care about their customer or us as the end user, left on front door step right along side the sign that says to leave in the drop box, "total arrogance" pics attached.
Cannot really see any reason to consider using this supplier again or recommending them to anyone.

I received my purchase promptly However when I checked if it would fit my truck I found that it didn't fit correctly around the sports bar on my Nissan,
I immediately sent a enquire back to Aussie Tonneau's as there is no phone enquiries available. I haven't received any communications from them since my enquiry.

I don't think you supplied the incorrect one, I think I requested the incorrect one. I have requested someone contact my so I can return the one supplied and I can purchase the correct one.

Everything was great
However your instructions are horrid lol

Legit whoever took the pictures needs glasses or something cause they did not even help
And your instructions don’t line up with the pictures ether legit nightmare of instructions

I legit guessed the whole time
And I still have to go back and fix the bracket at the front cause I failed miserably with what it
Remove it three times and still wrong

But I got it now

Other then that

Packaging was good in mail
And quality was great

i had recently purchased a 2010 navara and given a tonneau from a friend who had one only to find the 2008 was three inches short. Long story short, i thought a new one would be way too expensive and then id have to track down all the bits to go with it. I was shocked when wife found this new one for such an awesome price, and even more surprised when it came with everything you needed. Extremely happy with my purchase, keep up the good work guys you are giving people what they need on a very good budget price, thankyou :)

I found Aussie Tonneaus were Fantastic to deal with, I had a couple of questions which they very promptly answered via email and I received the tonneau cover very promptly also. And it is everything that their website says it is, being a good quality product. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

YOUR service is good, purchased item on Sunday, notified parcel had been picked up on the Monday lunchtime by Fastway courier, it’s now Thursday lunchtime, still no ute mat. Try a different courier, they say they are busy, 4 days to come across Melbourne what a joke, I should have got it myself ???????? ....

I would recommend them except that I've had to re-tension the elastic rope a few times since fitting it a few months ago. I'm concerned it might be poor quality.
