I made a purchase 5 weeks prior to finally receiving my products (8 items). I placed an order on April 11, 2020 and by April 14 we received 3 of the 8 items ordered. On April 15th I was notified that the rest of the order would be delayed. On April 30th I received only one of the 5 remaining items that I ordered although the shipping tracking system said I would received all of the items. Assuming the remainder of the order might come in the next few business days I waited until May 4th to contact Autoanything and ended up on hold for over an hour and received no answer from Customer Service. While waiting on hold I attempted using their online Chat service but after 20 minutes of waiting for a response and never getting one I disconnected. On May 5th I again attempted contacting Authoanything by phone and again spent over an hour waiting for Customer Service support. After getting no response using the Customer Service line I tried the sales line. To my surprise someone answered (always willing to make a sale). I told this guy that I had received only part of my shipment and he indicated that it appeared it was a mistake (duh) but it was a Customer Service issue and forwarded me to the customer service line again where I remained on hold with no response. I again tried the Chat system and after 21 minutes of waiting I finally managed to get a response. This person wasn't anymore helpful than the sales guy. In fact this guy on the Chat line stated that the rest of the shipment would arrive on April 28. When I informed him that it was now May his response was "Ooops! He then promised to reach out to me via email but he never did. My package eventually arrived on May 18th. Seriously Autoanything, you can put the time in to send me a ton of emails nearly daily boasting great sales but you can't put just a little more effort into Customer Service?

This order was placed on 4/8 as a gift for a 16 year old. My son turned 16 on 4/26 and we have never received shipping info or the product. I have received several emails telling me the product is in the cart and I’m going to “miss out” on it. Yep....because it’s paid for and I still haven’t received it.

Mask"s" finally arrived (way late) and instead of 4, I got 1. That's a heck of a price for 1 mask. I was originally OK with the price tag as it included shipping and was made in the USA and I was supporting a US based operation but it didn't work out. I will move on to an order that I know will ship.

Ordered a handheld tuner that did not work and return process is awful, 2 weeks and still waiting for the return information to return this garbage

They advertised an additional 20% off for first time buyers. BUT they told me this item did not qualify. This is the last time I will purchase anything from these liars.

Was looking for some wheels for my 19 Wrangler JLU and found them at AutoAnything for the best price. Placed the order and the communication was great from the start...received an email that the order would be delayed a couple days...but then the next day received notification that they had shipped. Received today in perfect condition! I would purchase from AutoAnything again.

Paid for a two day shipping with the parts leaving the next day and then two days later get an email stating that the parts will be shipped out a week later than what I was told. Sent a follow up email and still haven’t heard from them about this item.

I ordered running boards and generally I find things to be cheaper on Amazon. However, they were prices better here. I also go an accurate shipping/arrival date instead of just a generic range.

What a great experience, we ordered on line, our order was shipped the next day and was delivered on a Sunday so we got the items installed the same day! Will definitely be ordering from AutoAnything again!

About 20 mins after placing my order I realized the address was wrong so I immediately tried to call customer service. I was on hold the first time for 10 mins with a projected 2 minute wait before I just left my number and waited another 30 mins for a call back. Finally I thought it was fixed. Then a couple days later I got a notification it was being shipped out still to the wrong address. Again I tried getting ahold of customer service for the next two days. No email responses on hold for over an hour before I called back and they said they were closed mid day also tried online help chats and nothing. The package got delivered 4 hrs away to the wrong address and I had to send family to track it down until I can pick it up. Not happy overall

I paid $300 plus $36 for overnight shipping to find out my order won't ship for over a week after I made the purchase! Ridiculous. Horrible online buying experience.

Was told my shipment would arrive Apr 17 but it did not! And most importantly, I was not notified of delay!

Ordered running boards for my 2017 Colorado. They shipped and arrived sooner than expected which was nice. They mounted on my truck perfectly and increased the appearance and safety.

I paid to have it express shipped and it hasn't even shipped yet, this was like 5 days ago

Prices are fair but missing pieces when they arrive and don't use online chat cause they can't help you, they just redirect you to call customer service.... Anyway..... I reordered another part, since the first was missing so many pieces, paid overnight shipping and it's been 4 days and still no part.

Truth is, you get what you pay for so pay a little more , it's worth it.

I completed my order and never received any email even though it says it was supposed to ship on 4/16 but i have no email saying its coming, so i send a message to the customer service and still haven't heard anything on my order

Took 5 days before shipping was updated to be delayed until june!!! Order was placed at beginning of April...

I bought two items and I got an Email saying both items will arrive tomorrow. Then I got an Email saying one item will arrive tomorrow. Tomorrow came and I only got one item, waiting for second item now. Hope that the other item arrives soon.

Paid for over night shipping but I still haven't received an tracking number on for a shipped product yet it's been three business days.

Order break calipers for a mustang on April 15th. Paid almost $20 for overnight shipping. And the estimated delivery is April 29. Overnight shipping went from 1 day too 2 weeks. Not again
