Package was delayed delivery twice. Package was taped and damaged on arrival. Open bag and missing pieces inside. Missing (1) muffler, hangers and hanger keepers. Contacted customer service waiting for and email with a tracking number said 24 hours its now been 48 hours now. My husband has been waiting for this part. We had a problem ordering this part from another store already. Not a happy customer.

One of the few websites that had the parts I needed and was also the cheapest by far. Offered fast free shipping and easy Amazon secure checkout. I only wish they had more parts for my old semi unpopular vehicle.

Came across this site and saw you had the exhaust system I have been considering to put on my 1967 Mustang. The price was good I thought, plus a 27.88 discount and free shipping upon further checking it out. This was my first time purchasing an item from you and it was an easy enough process. Item arrived in fair amount of time, but it looked like an open box which was beat up. After inspecting the product I found some scuffs and the exhaust tips had some chips in the black finish. Because this was a muffler I decided to keep and because the damage was minor. Overall it was ok, I would be concerned about purchasing fragile products from them.

i made a mistake on my order because I ordered a part for another vehicle.. customer service corrected it and got my intake to me in 2 business days once I validated the correction. Excellent communication and Custer service. Makes my abarth sound mean too!

The product came and it looks great! (Cold air intake by Injen). Unfortunately on the website it does not mention that the the intake is compatible with Quattro vehicles only. I have the FWD ultra edition which has an MAF sensor (again not mentioned on website). Luckily the instructions let me know right away. In any case I need to return the item and (hopefully) choose another intake. Besides that, I'm really happy with the autohance service. It was easy to find something I liked. Delivery was fast as well. Hopefully someone will be in touch as the phone line for customer service is down.

I called to seek out fitment and ride information on the coilovers that I purchased. They gave me accurate info and shipped my product shockingly fast. Everything was packaged great and my RX8 looks and rides great on my new Teins!

The price was right however the order remained unfilled for 5 business days before it got shipped. Then it took an additional 4 business days to get to my place. Like I said price was right however but it took longer than necessary to be received. Buy if you're not in a hurry.

Honestly the best price on the cai for my Dodge Dart from k&n, I have one of their filters now and love their product and your price beat the manufacture!!! Also free fast shipping, wow I must be in heaven!

First can't get anyone one phone to deal with customer service issues when I emailed to get return request I was told they would email with in 6-12 hours the instructions for return I didn't get that till 2 days later only when I emailed requesting it again then I had to pay for return shipping which must site have prepaid return shipping so customer doesn't have to pay. Not sure if I will buy from you ever again

I loved the exhaust and price and shipping and just do you know I sold atleast another 8 Borla atak systems for yal after buying mine. I'm a member of a few ram groups on Facebook and they all asked me where I got it from for that price and I posted your website with the code Cyber and 2 guys bought it within a hour of me buying it and sent me pics of them buying it and receiving it and the sound and over the last week I have had about 30 people ask me the same thing and another 6 or 7 people show me they bought it to from yal. So you should of sold atleast $10,000 worth of Borla atak exhaust just from me and a great experience threw you . You can check the Facebook groups if you dont believe me. Thanks again

I ordered a short ram intake from Autohance for my 2015 Veloster Turbo. I had actually ordered the wrong part at first and John from Auothance was amazing. He called me to make sure I got the correct part and I literally recieved it the following day. Definitely ordering future parts from here. Thank you.

Great product! Easy to install utilizing all factory hookups and locations, has a washable reusable air filter that does not require oiling and looks great. The unit replaces all the restrictive factory pieces from the intake housing, air bridge and throttle body intake tube. The air filter rests on the factory pins reusing the factory air pump intake hose, the air bridge reuses the factory hold-down grommets and the mass air flow meter is retained in the same factory location as to not trigger a possible check engine light associated with relocation. They offer a red, blue, and black air filter, but I chose black because it makes the installed product look more oem. The installed product sharpens throttle response, gives a nice intake sound, and adds a few more ponies. I would definitely recommend this product.

Took a bit to get shipping confirmation to track package and box was a little rough (pieces sticking out) when it arrived but nothing was ultimately damaged. All good. Not autohances problem due to shipper

Part was exactly what I was looking for and decent price. Would have liked more pictures and customer reviews available for product. I am a complete novice at installing aftermarket parts but found installing this part to be a breeze on my 04 TL. I did have some confusion in the directions when it came to coupling the coolant lines but the rest of the installation could not have been easier. Overall I would recommend this product and site! Shipping was easy and arrived on the anticipated date.

Nice Kit, had shop install it and was quick with no issues other than it not coming with new Gaskets where it bolts on the the CATS. Also one of the pictures shows Polished turn down tips, it does not have that. They are turn down like the factory ones, all one piece, bent and cut tailpipe ends. Gave just the right amount of additional sound, quiet at idle, noticeable difference at normal take off, Performance/Nice more aggressive sound when you get on it, and just a slight rumble at highway speed over the no interior sound of Stock. Thanks for the Great Product and all in one perfect fit Kit. Pricing and Service from AutoHance was Great too.

The cold air intake I bought, received and installed on my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta TDI was perfect. Gained horsepower and torque, not to the mention the sound is great too. I would recommend it this company to anyone. Next is an exhaust from you guys. Looking at the Power Banks with black exhaust tip. Thanks for great service and speedy delivery.

Exhaust said 3-5 day delivery but after I purchased I received an email stating 'order takes 4-5 WEEKS to process' them it ships in 3-5 days. I didn't see any disclosure of that when I bought it but luckily the exhaust came within 2 weeks which is good. Thank you so much! Would definitely purchase from here again.
