I was quoted $300 for the job.
Guy arrived abit early and quickly informed me the job was going to be about $57 more due to something with how the fuel pump is now designed, being a woman I had no idea what he was talking about.
Job done efficiently but was abit disappointed I had been quoted a price which was then changed on the day.
Haven’t received invoice for actual job yet.

I was charged $100 to recharge the battery, but my battery died 1 minute later and the guy was gone. So I pushed my bike for 30 min to the nearest battery shop. Calling this company was throwing money away.

they said someone is gonna be here at 1:30 pm so at 4:30pm this arrogant fool comes around acting like he owns QLD and then we exchanged like 6 words,
after him leaving i was left believing my car passed the rwc, then i get the report which says my suspension are faulty,
i wish i could show you a picture of them it's just the plastic that covers the shocks,
i was looking for it and there is little crack in the plastic that protects the shocks from dust getting in it its a easy fix and at the same time the report says my car did 30k more than it actually did i wish i did read the reviews before calling these scammers i did get a second opinion and he the Mechanic said they locked me in for 14 day until so now they expecting a call back but nah i won't let these scum fools come near my car

Asked them to fix the coolant issue as well, he charged me for radiator + fit, he fixed in the radiator and charged me 827, we still had coolant issue (had to refill at least once a week)
Price was reasonable if they had done their job right
Rang up to complain got the turn around, they said they would send someone out the next week and warned me they would charge extra if I was wrong, that person didn't show. I rang the office got no reply, waited all day nobody came. (was a saturday)
Following weeks my wife rang up and complained (I work office hours) and she was told she has no right to do so, that I had to do this cause it was my car (she had arranged for the first mechanic). I received an email saying "please fill out this form with your complaint...within 12 hours we will get back to you". Still waiting 4 months...
Decided to share it here - I was served by [name removed] initially who "fixed my car".
Take it as you will, We had a very bad experience with them, and they did nothing to rectify it besides an email. Some people have a fine one it seems.
I just hope they don't do the same to you.
