I visited 2 locations of auto lenders this week and won’t hesitate to say that the service was more than excellent. They have big inventory of used luxury cars at both location and prices are the best in the market. I would especially like to complement our sales men Mario L Zippilli, and Stephan Dilleshaw. They both provided us with an excellent service, were very patient, knowledgeable and professional. Will certainly recommend auto lenders to my friends????????

when I went the first time to purchase my car I had an appointment and they claimed that I never had an appointment so I sat in their showroom for several hours and not a single person noticed I was there after I let the service department know I was there. Then it took them another hour to 2 hours just to print out paperwork for a car but instead of doing that they helped someone else before me after I've already been there for several hours. when it finally came time for me to come back 2 weeks later to purchase a different car from them they proceeded to not tell me a single damn thing about my car what type of engine it is how large my gas tank is none of that important information. 2 weeks after that they call me to tell me to come pick up my license plates I come pick up my plates they failed to tell me that the inspection stations closed so I ended up getting pulled over for a bad inspection sticker, they failed to get the car inspected before selling it to me. I don't know when my car will need an oil change cause they didn't tell me that either. they also didn't even offer to put my plates on my car even though I witnessed them do it to someone else when I purchased mine they made me go to the service center and wait 35 minutes for my plates to be put on. They sold me a car that has a huge scratch on the backup camera and didn't tell me that. The only reason why I continued to purchase the car is because one of the sales managers was extremely nice to me in the process and extremely patient unfortunately the other sales manager who was the one who was printing out my papers and watching me sign them ruined my experience for me I will never purchase a car from auto lenders again and will never recommend it to anyone.

Update 5/11/20
I spoke to a very kind gentleman named Jason Scudieri from the corporate office, he did let me know that he is going to be taking care of the situation from now on to rectify what happened. I do hope he will be able to help me in this, and reminded me several times that there is no reason why my experience was the way it was. Now we just wait and see what happens next.

Update 5/18/20
The team at AL was able to fix all the issues I had at no cost to me. They replaced my breaks completely and are ordering me a new back up camera for my car. They really did go above and beyond for me after the not so great time I had. Thank you again Brian, Chuck, Jason, and everyone else who took time to make sure things went right for me!
