Has been/will be well worth it, we no longer need to login to receive each email (it's automatically printed) and we don't spend a lot of time goofing off on the internet (including writing up responses/order confirmations/etc...)
We have a few things set:
1. print each email (unless spam, use certain filters or rules to eliminate those, still leave them in in-box in case I log in and want to make sure there is nothing there that I wanted.
2. save email to .pdf for backup (deleted after X days, can be accessed by anyone on our network, they do not need to have web privileges)
3. Mark email as read
4. If email contains trigger words, then send an email confirming receipt. Have also set the trigger for certain emails, so they automatically get an answer and know we got it.
