Terrible customer service , representatives from your company and it took two weeks to get a resolution to a problem that should’ve never even happened in the first place my shipping address was different than my billing address and they would not process my shipment payment or deliver my products until several messages back-and-forth between several of your agents, My truck is being worked on it crashes had a shop in Salem I live in Portland obviously I’m not gonna ship rear end to my house where my truck is not at so because of this it’s been going on three weeks and I still haven’t received my cards I’ve had to resubmit my shipping billing and personal information for times to fax and email and still the situation is unresolved I am waiting to get my rear end and $1239 or 49 and haven’t received any product even to this day I will not be ordering from LKQ again, When I asked to talk to a manager or supervisor last I spoke with Kassy I was told there is no supervisors being a total the **** to be blunt, Obviously I would have ordered from you guys if I knew the same as the billing at the same address otherwise I would’ve figured something else out work something else out with a different company were in the shipping address and the billing address didn’t have to match we are in here locally, so thanks for wasting another two weeks of my time

I ordered an engine control model for my 2002 Honda Civic LX with the 1.7 gasoline engine. I gave them the correct part number. Once it was installed at Auto Nation Honda dealer the module started popping engine codes. The codes were for a Honda Civic vtec engine. I called their customer service and when the saw my order she said, "someone pulled the wrong part." They were willing to replace the part. I asked if they reimbursed for the install. The customer service representative informed me Automix does not reimburse to have parts reinstalled when ithey make a mistake. It cost me $639.12 to have the 2nd replacement module put in. I believe integrity should be involved when a company sees they made the mistake.

Needed an engine for my 2006 honda civic (90000 miles) that the dealer wouldn't warranty because of a previous accident. Got a 2011 engine with 46,000mi for slightly over $1000. It shipped from Connecticut to nj in a few days. Did have to pay an extra 80 for shipping, but it beats the dealer's 6500 repair bill and a pepboys engine for 2400.

I was a little nervous about ordering it because I like to see it in the junkyard for myself, but it came with no problem. The driver was able to back into my driveway and use a pallet jack to roll it in my garage. Hasn't been installed yet but it went well so far. I love the savings.

My experience with this company has been horrible I ordered a rear end for my mustang had to wait three weeks for it to arrive took the day off to be there for the scheduled delivery never showed on Friday told me it be there Monday took off again never showed finally came on Tuesday 3 weeks after my order only to realize it was a 7.7 without abs and I ordered an 8.8 with abs called the following day which was Wednesday lady was nice I was nice to her said she found one in buffalo (much closer) would be here Monday which turned out to be true great........ come home from work Monday only to find out they sent me another 7.7 ugh now I gotta call back again tomorrow and have them get this one I got two rear ends in my drive way that are not what I paid for house is starting to look like a junk yard it’s self now I been waiting for over a month still don’t have the right part my car is at the shop waiting I think there gonna charge me rent when I tell them I still don’t have the part

I brought a new engine and had it shipped to a dealer. The dealer said the engine was in great shape and when they started it, it was so quiet they werent too sure if it was even running

Well, I ordered a tranny for my 04 Nissan murano for 1788.00. Before completing said order, the rep had taken my vin number from me, to insure it was the correct transmission. She said it was. Sooooo, I wait the 5 days, came in fine. Everything seemed great! I dropped my truck off before that weekend, at my mechanics shop. He then called me bright and early monday morning, informing me that I had the wrong transmission. I said OK, I will call and see if they can swap it out and send the correct tranny or refund me my money. As I spoke to customers claims, the lady told me they will send someone out to pick up the transmission and refund me my money. I said um ok. Then she proceeded to tell me my refund was only 1242.00. I asked why I'm getting so little back when I paid more for the tranny. She informed me that it was shipping and restocking fees. So, now I'm in the process of disputing the order to get EVERY penny of my money back!!! The report ASSURED me that it was the correct transmission for me truck before I placed the order!!!! Never again will I ever consider not give the slightest bit of thought to this company!!!!!!!!

I ordered a part that was promised to me within 2 days after ordering it didn't show for 5 days. When it showed the box looked as if it went through a War.
They were hard to deal with as far as customer service goes.
But in the end they apologized and made things right.
I'm not sure if I will ever do business again with them.

I purchased an AM/FM radio/CD player for my 02 BMW 325Ci . They had a number of options and made sure that I was ordering the right model for my car. The price was good and the radio arrived quickly, had the proper connections, wiring and worked perfectly.

I have had the engine installed about a week. Excellent deal, arrived on time and was extremely clean. The 1year guarantee was 8 months longer than my local yard.

I was blessed to have seen sent a working and correct part since my car has many ID tags in it wich makes getting the correct part a hit or miss, the item was exactly as described and worked like a charm!! I love you guys

I saw a rear view mirror advertised on Automotix's website for $71 and ordered it that day. They ask you to fill out a survey right after you ordered, and I rated them really high thinking it was a good price and fast service. Shortly afterwards, I received an e-mail confirmation of my order. Then, I received another e-mail saying that the item was out of stock and to check back later. Meanwhile, I went on their website and saw the same mirror now at $124. I realized the $71 was a teaser price and they never intended to sell me the mirror for that price. They want you to pay the higher price. I e-mailed them and asked why the item I ordered was out of stock while the same item was on their website for a higher price. Of course, they never answered my e-mail, instead, they refunded my money. What a ripoff!! I would rate them 0 and would not recommend them to anyone.

The item arrived in a timely fashion, however it was the same or worse condition as the one I currently have so I returned it. Returns was a very easy process. The whole experience was extremely prompt and professional.

Order was placed on 12/12/16 and received on 12/15/16. The part was a replacement side-view mirror and was an exact match, even the color. Very impressed!

Delivery was within 3 days, I consider that very good. While I ordered based on a picture representing the tire rim I needed, it was the wrong rim. Everybody was professional and kind in getting the right rim to me. This is "Top Shelf" treatment .

I have ordered two transmissions from Automotix. The first transmission arrived damaged; shipping container intact, but part visibly damaged. Second transmission was completely locked up. They are giving me the warranty runaround. This ordeal has caused me to be in a rental car for four weeks and incur further monetary loss in labor charges. I will never shop with Automotix again and I suggest you never do.

I ordered a started for my 2007 Honda Accord LX and paid for rush shipping because I couldn't afford to have my car out of commission and risk not making it to work. I was pretty frustrated that they sent me the wrong part because it meant I was out a few hundred AND still had to go purchase the correct starter (at a pretty high price) from a local auto parts store. I contacted customer support on Saturday and was forwarded to a voice mailbox where I left a message detailing my experience and requesting a call back. I didn't receive any call back and started reading reviews online that had me pretty worried this company was just some scam website that would never issue a refund. Finally, on Monday after waiting on hold for the Returns Dept. for almost 40 minutes (and being randomly "disconnected" AKA hung up on twice) I finally spoke with Jody, who was courteous and helpful the entire time. Jody said that the company would email me a prepaid UPS label which I could affix to the box my item arrived in and drop off at any UPS store. I received the email shortly and dropped the package off, so hopefully I'll be getting my refund soon. I told Jody about ordering rush delivery and she said that Automotix would also refund the shipping charges. I was worried that I was going to lose my money but hopefully I'll actually get the refund and won't have to dispute the charges with my bank. I'm giving them two stars because while they totally messed up my order and cost me money, time and energy I really didn't want to spend around the holidays, they are going to rectify the situation (ASAP, I hope!) I might be writing a scathing review in a few weeks if I don't get my dough back, though.
