Item came up in general google search. Similar item was $104 on Amazon. Amazon was also $50 for just 12 diffuser discs. This is the whole kit I'm assuming at close out for this price. You could buy all the kits left and Ebay them for 100% mark up. That's how good of a deal this is.

Shipping date was changed 5 times and was never shipped for 10 days. Customer service is hoke!

I placed an order from this company through Amazon for 2 tires, I received 1. Been going at it with them for 4 days now, they keep saying they're sending the other tire the admitted was not sent due to their incompetence and probably a HS dropout that doesn't know how many 2 is, they keep sending me tracking numbers then cancelling them. Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy from this shady company. Now a car I've been building will be sitting in the garage still this weekend instead of at the show.

I was looking for Pirelli P-Zero Nero's All seasons for a 2015 Dodge Challenger, and I found the best prices through Autoplicity. Not only did I find the best prices but the shipping was incredibly fast, they shipped from a warehouse in LA and the tires took less than 5 days to arrive! Just in time before the rain comes!

I'd never heard of Autoplicity until I decided to chance an order for a new windshield washer pump for my '95 Avalon. Even with the shipping cost it was $4 less expensive than the next best price locally. It was shipped and on its way within 90 minutes of ordering and should be here within the next few days. Tough to beat that kind of service at any price!

I ordered a fire extinguisher quick release mounting bracket for my sand rail. They sent the wrong part and refuse to pay return shipping back. Customer service (what a joke) said the picture may not always match the part and they sent what I ordered so I would have to pay return shipping. I paid with paypal so I filed a complaint with them and hopefully will get a complete refund including shipping.595614

I did business too way back in the day with autoplicity. They were far from how they are today. I must mention this as I felt I had to get on top of them to enforce the 24 hour processing of an order promise but they did make it up to me with fast shipping on my item when I paid for standard. They were apologetic and answered promptly. I feel good about going to them with my needs.

order placed in late October - Nov 1 was the ship date of all the items almost $700.00 worth. had to call various times to get them to ship out the correct items - I always have to wait an additional 24 hours t so they can communicate with warehouse it is Nov 19th and I am still missing items and I have to wait another 24 hours. They do not want to give me a refund because "it is a missing item and it has already been shipped" -- per Veronica. I ask where because the tracking numbers and invoices show that everything was shipped except that item even though I have provided the missing item and part number to them about 3 times now. Prices are competitive I found some of the same items on Amazon and they were at a better price.

Placed order, waited several days, finally for an email saying they received a ticket for the order.... 2 more days, a refund shows up in my PayPal and an email saying that they couldn't fulfill the order and to contact them for further details. So we waited a week for nothing.... Rock Auto is a much better choice!!!

I cancel a order of some tires, even so they sent the order and charged the money, the customer service is a fake they don't answer and they send an automatic message opening a ticket but they don't do anything, today I am waiting for the money back.
