The Account manager gave superb customer service - he fully explained every detail in order that we were able to make personal choices on all the options available to tailor cover possibilities to our needs .At every stage of the process he ensured we took time to make relevant decisions - the whole process was professional and we were very pleased with the final policy cover chosen .

I dealt with Brendan Addley - who was polite, patient, helpful and understanding. I felt he had a good knowledge of the products, was genuinely trying to help me get the best service and value for money, and that he really wants me to have a good relationship with AXA moving forward. All in all, he did a really excellent job.

She took time to hear my various concerns and quickly understood what I meant.

I find your initial customer service very appealing that is largely why I bought AXA without considering the other companies. I did some preliminary research but found that your deal is the most convenient for me.

I was very impressed with John Kovacs who helped me with the initial phone call.
I thought I would not be able to afford private health insurance, but he tailored the policy to suit my needs and I was able to go ahead.
At no time did he pressure me, and I felt able to ask questions and make decisions regarding the premium.
Very happy with the experience and would recommend to anyone, it is easier than you think.

I tried another health provider before AXA who said they would respond back
to me in 48 hours and I have not heard from them. I was very impressed with
the efficient and caring service.

I was contacted by a woman called Sara Rowan from AXA. Nice woman, very efficient, but I think that the information being given to potential customers should be conveyed in a structured way. So that they can understand it better and recall it easier. That is my only reservation, that your customer services staff have a good understand of the products they are selling but should ask customers how much detail they want. I found that my head was a little 'pickled' during my conversations with Sara. I did buy the product in the end, which means I trusted her and AXA!
