Ive had two pairs of breaches from these guys and they were lovely
I bought two more pairs a year on and it looks like they have changed supplier
They were very uncomfortable with thick material
What a shame sent them back

Excellent customer services, bought a pair of breeches before Christmas, my daughter just went to put them on (feb) and the popper broke. Emailed the team and sent pictures, a replacement pair were sent straight out. I buy a lot of items from here and this is the first time I have had a problem so thank you for being a brilliant company to deal with

We ordered some items in the black Friday sale, on opening the parcel we discovered one item was missing. The ladies on the phone were thing but helpful in resolving this issue and they were able to send us the missing item at no additional cost to us. They have kept us informed every step of the way. My daughter loves her items to the point I'm having to wash and dry daily! They fit her well (she's smaller than average 14 year old) and we have no complaints. Definitely ordering from them again.

bought a pair of burgundy riding legging and they are now my favourite pair they are a nice material and good quality cant wait to but more stuff in the future as im in love with everything they sell would 100% recommend

I recently went on a riding vacation and wore the azect equestrian tech stretch leggings in navy for the first time on a horse. I put my cell phone in the pocket on the side of my leg. After 45 minutes of light groundwork I returned to the stables to find that my phone was missing from the pocket. One of the staff was kind enough to retrieve it but unfortunately my phone was completely broken after being stepped on by horses. I emailed the company and they don’t even have the curtesy to reply. Will never buy anything from this clearly faulty and non functional company again.

So the question that begs an answer is that if you provide a product that fails to preform the function that it was marketed for and my property is damaged as a result of this should the company be accountable. According to your response the answer is no. Also unless a recall was issued and the faulty nature of the pocket was made aware bringing your later version of leggings with zippers into the conversation is irrelevant.

The denim jodphurs are lovely and soft so I kept them but for £100 you don’t expect the logo to come off after one wash! It completely pealed of so the quality is just not worth the price.

Aztek Diamond have given me first class service with first class clothing. I have ordered items from overseas and they have not failed to deliver.The communication has been excellent and I would recommend using them.

I got a pair of leggings and they were too big, i lost the return slip and it was a month or two past the return date. I emailed them wondering if it was possible to exchange for a smaller size, i was expecting a no. But! They responded straight away and they said it would be absolutely no problem to exchange them!! And I sent them out in the post that day and now my new ones are on the way! I got the most amazing customer service ive ever experienced! They reply straight away and answer all my questions and are so friendly and polite! I have a baselayer, socks , a saddle pad from them and my leggings are on the way and they are amazing quality , so easy to clean and so smart and comfortable!! Couldn’t recommend a bettet company. So well priced too... I love Aztec Diamond Equestrian!!!

I've been buying and wearing Aztec diamond for around four years, and with every release their items are getting better and better - more variety and amazing products for the items. The team at Aztec diamond offer excellent customer service - with any issue I have had, they have gone above and beyond to help!

Their new range for Autumn and winter 2018 is amazing, the leggings are made of a different fabric and keep you warm, they also have a pocket for phone, keys etc. I actually wore my new leggings for the first time today and had my first ride in 6 months and they really held up and gave me grip and comfort in the saddle. They kept me warm in 10oc while still being breathable!
