Bought an AMP from them, received it - never opened it - needed to return it. I returned following instructions (UPS ground, Insured). Communication was good via email until this company received the product. Once the received the product they issued only a partial refund ($410 purchase price, fund of only $333). They will not return phone calls or emails to explain why I was only give a partial refund. I followed all their instructions and sent them back an unopened product. Not at anytime did they ever mention a "restocking fee" so I don't know why this has happened, as I said they refuse communication now. By returning this product I am out $119 dollars. I would have just kept the product if they would have disclosed this to me. I was ripped off.

Never went to their website, let alone buy anything from them, yet I was on their mailing list. I can only imagine how they got my email adress.

Now, do you want to support a company that engages in spam? go ahead, but the five stars revies in here are most likely (to not say obviously) fake.

All the 5 star reviews are from Indians...there is a reason it is called Astro Turfing.

This is such a mess of a place, you found something and it is a great price...doesn't mean you are going to get what you ordered. Here I am looking to get a decent laptop refurb. They have the laptop I am looking at for a great price so I order it. Bought it with Win7 64 bit and 16 GB of RAM and two hard drives. I get the notebook, it has one hard drive and 8 GB of RAM and NO operating system, for me this wasn't that big of a deal as I work in IT and can handle it. So, they give me a $75 credit, mind you me sourcing this cost me over $120 and I still figured it was a good deal. HOWEVER....I bought the $40 extended warranty from them in the event that something bad was happening to the notebook. I get the OS on and upgraded and look at that a bad battery and a bad video card, are you kidding me? So, I contact them and tell them I need a new battery and video card per my extended warranty, they didn't make enough to send me the parts. Yes, read that out loud to yourself, they didn't make enough to honor the extended warranty I purchased. So, I am in the middle of contesting them, oh and BTW if you think that PayPal credit is like a credit card....think again they are not. I have a notebook I love, and after all is said and done still got a decent deal on it...and after I get reimbursed for the money I spent it will be ok - just remember these Indians are incompetent techs and do not even check what they send out and even list the products right and have no honor to back up what they sell in a "warranty". So you want to gamble, you for some serious IT skills, welcome to the house of Aztek where you roll the dice...for me I should have just went to Newegg.com paid a couple hundred more and saved myself a ton of time and aggravation. Buyer beware as the saying goes, it is your time and money I am warning you now, just like the other reviewers, pay a little more from a reputable dealer and do yourself a favor.

If you know computers you will see some real scams going on. I am on a job building a computer for someone and I was looking for an RX580 and Google was like 'Hey look at this, a RX580 for 50 bucks!' I thought it was used but no it said the condition was new. Then I looked up and it said "Msi Rx 580 8g V1 - Graphics Card - Radeon Rx 580 - 8 Gb Gddr5 - Pcie X16 - Hdmi, 3 X Displayport Msi Rx 580 8g" and the RX580 will NOT RUN 4k! These people are putting stories in heads of not so informed people.

Another Hindi scam site do not use it... do you really think those deals are real..... ? and Look at all there good reviews on here there all Hindi thats a little strange right? Your all smarter then that don't buy don't trust and don't give these low life's any money or time

Honestly, the people were nice enough on the phone. However, prior to placing an order for a replacement laptop battery, I called and verified this needed to be sent Priority AM delivery via FedEx (we provided our number). Not only was this confirmed over their phone but specifically indicated in the directions on the order form.

This shouldn't have been and issue, and yet it was. They send it standard overnight instead and I had to spend ALL morning on the phone with fedex trying to get it to our consultant ON TIME before he left the hotel he was staying in on a business trip.

I would not recommend nor will we use this company again

I have a strong suspicion that this website is a ploy to get your credit card information and your phone number, and that they never have any intention to sell you an item.

This is what happened to me: I ordered an item from them that was well below competitor prices. They sent me an email stating that my credit card was on hold due to either credit card being declined or billing/shipping address didn't match (why wouldn't they know prior to sending the email?). In the email they provided a phone number to call. When I called the number to inquire about the status, the representative told me immediately that my credit card was declined. I'm nearly 100% sure that was a false statement. I asked them to cancel and they said "sure" and I got an email immediately confirming the cancellation. I was shocked at how fast i received the cancellation confirmation email. It got me thinking that they have this process down pat.

Needless to say, I'm going to put all my credit card security alerts on their highest settings.. and I will probably just request a new credit card number.

I was happy with Aztek Computers, both with their pre-purchase customer service, and with the fact that they called me after we received our items to make sure we were happy.

The pricing was very good compared to the same (older, hard to find) screen elsewhere on the market.

They had graphics cards on sale, so I bought one thinking I was getting a good deal. In reality, they had no cards in stock, and were just saving my credit card information on their server with no intention of shipping me what I had ordered.

I had to call the sales department to talk to a Indian man that I could barely understand, who informed me that they had no such cards in stock, and canceled the order without giving me any other option. I went back to the site and my credit card was saved in the site. They basically skimmed my credit card information by offering a fake sale for an item they had no ability to obtain and ship.

Edit: The graphics cards are still listed as in stock on the website. Beware!

Horrible company and a big time scam. They took my money for airpods pro and never delivered, instead giving me a bogus tracking number. Beware this company at all costs. I had to file a complaint. Fortunately my credit card company was able to reverse the charges

I ordered a HD from Aztekcomputers through Newegg Business. Aztekcomputers showed the item as being in stock and ready to ship. After two weeks Newegg sent a notice that I had been charged for the item and they sent me a tracking number. Unfortunately, the tracking number was fake, it was for something that had been delivered 9 days prior to an address 3,000 miles away. I contacted Newegg, who in turn contacted Aztekcomputers, but Aztekcomputers wouldn't respond. Over the course of the next 3 weeks Newegg tired several times to get a response from Aztekcomputers with no success. It took approximately 6 weeks for me to get my money back from Newegg.

As others have said, BEWARE of AZTEKCOMPUTERS, these guys are scammers! They'll take your money with no intention of delivering what you ordered.

Ive been a powerseller for 15 years on Ebay and just had our first dealings w Aztec Computers. Their ebay user name is sanjay109 and they buy their refurb equip on ebay and have it dropped shipped to you/their unsuspecting consumer. Fine by me but if your going to pay $999.95 for a DMX-I 4208 printer likely hes just going to buy it from a seller like me for $300 or less and cross his fingers it works as it should.
His buyer had a problem with the unit they bought from us and he was the biggest brown star I've ever had to deal with. Problem was the lady that bought the big heavy printer dropped it & blamed it on the shipping/packaging, total bs since I shipped it so it was nearly bomb proof. One of dozens were shipped out.
Then it gets returned and its not even the printer that was shipped to them...wtf ...absolute worst & so was his customer.

P47250,P47198, P47166 are all PO#'s of ours for orders placed at Aztec Computers in the month of January. We have not received an invoice for any of them to provide an invoice # above. Aztec has a problem shipping on time as promised.

I ordered a motherboard/CPU/Memory combo and also a case on 8/29/2006. I specifically asked that this equipment be tested prior to shipment and was asured that it would be. After numerous calls to find out where my order was I finally recieved it on 9/15/2006. Upon assembly of the equipment I was unable to get the computer to post. I called tech support (what a joke), Aztek computers does not have a tech support. Aztek computers claims they have tech support but in reality the same person answers for sales or tech support. I was told they could not help me with my problem and I was to call the manufacturer of the motherboard. On top of all this none of my order was pretested as requested, everything I order came in its orignal manufacturer sealed packaging. I have never been just blown off like I have with this company. I have recieved no real help and I have gotten nothing but the run around from Aztek Computers. It is 9/23/2006 and I am still without a computer. I am very dissatisfied and I warn all to stay away. Nothing but con artists.

I baught a digital camera and not only the price was great it arived within a day even thou I did not request fast shipping. The sales person was very nice over the phone.

Ordered 14 Feb, called 17 Feb to find order had not been placed due to out of stock on item. Item shipped same day from a new shipment. Received item 22 Feb and installed same into desktop using ASUS P5G41-MLE Motherboard.
Contact via phone was very pleasant dealing with a csr who actually spoke Americanized English and was able to determine situation and cure almost immediately. Awesome!

Order placed for a part showing two in stock on 04/30/2012. Received an immediate order confirmation/invoice e-mail, thought all was well. The information provided on the order (Customer ID & Order #) never worked on the online Order Status tool, so I had to continually call. I made three different calls over the course of 2 weeks requesting order status/shipping information, was told repeatedly that they were awaiting stock to fulfill my order (regardless of the fact that it still showed available on the website and there was no indication that the order would take longer than normal to fill).

Fast forward to exactly three weeks after the date of the order, I called Aztek Computers at 469-574-0240 and was informed that an e-mail was sent on 05/04/2012 stating that they were not going to be able to fill the order. I obviously never received that e-mail, and it was not mentioned during the previous times I called. The notes the previous CSRs referred to were magically deleted, and they showed "no contact" with me even though I always provided the order number while calling.

Do not order from this company, their website does not know how to accurately track inventory, their CSRs are useless, and the actual customer service skills are severely lacking. Horrible.

3 weeks to deliver new regular laptop? Tou're not serious. Do you know how many stores sells computers?

I placed an international order, about 10 days later my credit card got hacked.
