We recently used Azure for a villa holiday in Mallorca with friends. From start to finish I found the service beyond expectations. We were given great guidance on which villas and locations would suit our needs - they helped sort a number of our unusual requests out - even had some really good recommendations about where to visit and great places to eat once we were there.

Villa was amazing too! Will definitely use again.

I first booked a holiday house with Azure last year and found a place we loved and a company who looked after all the details.
Subsequent enquiries are always promptly and professionally dealt with and we have just returned from our second trip arranged by them.
I will always go to Azure first when thinking about a new trip.

Regarding Villa AH2311 situated in Port Pollenca on Majorca:

We booked a "luxurious" villa through Azure Holidays from July 14th to 21st 2018. We had planned this trip a year in advance, assembling a family reunion from all over the world.

The rental cost for the villa was £10,386 for the week and, frankly, the villa did not meet our expectations.

Prior to our arrival at the villa, we had paid a deposit to Azure to rent baby equipment (cots, travel seats etc). A representative from Azure later advised that an independent company would better meet our needs and would therefore refund our deposit. We eventually received our deposit after 3 phone calls, 2 emails over a 3 months period.

On arrival to the villa (Saturday July 14th), the owner of the villa was present, along with manager of the property, checked us in and made a point to personally hand us his business card, asking us to refer friends, and to contact him if there were any issues that arose during our stay and the response from the management company was unsatisfactory .

We immediately noted that house was not adequately cleaned with garbage under some of the beds and on the main balcony. Air conditioning was not working in 3 of the bedrooms. There was also grafitti on a wall next to the outdoor pool-house.

We contacted the management company (the owner was not contactable despite several attempts during the entire holiday) of the villa immediately to fix the air conditioning who informed us that the electrician does not work weekends. It was 32 degrees celsius at night. The manager arrived late on Saturday night, with a terrible attitude, stating "in my opinion it is not very warm and you can just leave the windows open". It was a circuit breaker issue and he was able to resolve 2 of the A/C units however one bedroom remained without a functioning A/C. He informed us that he would be back on Monday to fix the remaining unit..However it was not "fixed"..until halfway through our holiday (Wednesday). The A/C unit leaked water everyday onto the floor which was hazardous for those sleeping in the bedroom.

On more than one occasion when the electrician visited the property, he left the security gate open leaving direct access from the main road to the pool, the house and where our small children were playing.

Despite the numerous disappointing aforementioned issues, the final straw came when the property representative arrived to complete the check out. Our party were immediately summoned to the pool area, the manager began pointing out the graffiti and accused our party of defacing the property. The eldest infant in our party was 2 years old and was not tall enough to reach the graffiti and furthermore would not have had the coordination to carry out such an illustration. When we pointed these facts out, he became extremely aggressive, branding one of our party a liar repeatedly. Incredibly unprofessional.

We left our vacation feeling frustrated, disappointed and, ultimately, feeling robbed of our luxury holiday experience that we worked so hard to plan.

When we returned from our "holiday" we contacted Azure to detail our experience and were told by Azure that they were "appalled" to hear of the treatment we received and would furnish us with a full explanation from both the owner and the management team. We were assured that action would be taken.

We did not receive an update nor was there any action taken.

We have stayed in luxury villas all over the world and have never been subjected to such treatment nor have we had such poor follow up from a travel agency such as Azure Holidays. Our advice- DO NOT BOOK WITH AZURE HOLIDAYS

This is our third year in a row booking with Azure and we would not consider another company.

The staff are very helpful and quick to recommend villas that they feel would be ideal for your requirements but still giving you a range of options to choose from.

When we first booked we were a little concerned as we had not heard of them before and they were not ABTA bonded but after several conversations and paying by credit card we felt slept a little easier. We have now booked for the third time which speaks volumes!

Azure have a great range of villas for small and larger parties and small and large budgets.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Azure Holidays as we now don't look anywhere else.

We rented a fantastic family villa located in Nueva Andalucia, Spain recently through Azure Holidays and we were delighted with every aspect of our dealings with them. They were very polite and helpful with our initial enquiry and the booking. The villa itself was superb and staff in country were very helpful. We will use Azure again.

We were looking for a large villa in Vale Do Lobo, spoke with Azure and straight away they were the most helpful company we had spoken too.They were great at finding out what we wanted and recommended a gorgeous 5 bed property walking distance to the praca. After confirming the booking Iain was great helping with everything we needed. The property we booked was AH1577, we would recommend this villa to everyone, large, spacious, clean, fantastic pool. The layout means there is plenty of privacy for the whole family and you can walk down to the beach. We loved it here and would highly recommend Azure Holidays

We had a great winter break in Tenerife, helped by some very warm weather,which was the icing on the cake to add to the excellent accommodation hired from Azure holidays, a company I am able to thoroughly recommend to any family seeking a summer or winter break.

From day one, when we needed advice on specific accommodations we were given this, and Iain's local knowledge was useful in advising where the nearest supermarket was for example.

When the usual change in flight times raised a few worries, we were advised that we could leave our luggage at the property until it was ready for us, and that we could stay for as long as needed on our final day because we had a late flight and the next occupants weren't due until two days later, such a relief!! Otherwise they would find us somewhere comfortable for a couple of hours. There's nothing worse than being turfed out at 10am with your luggage and not flying until 6pm.

The welcome at our villa was wonderful. The whole place was immaculate, and Julie welcomed us literally with open arms and a hug along with a gratefully appreciated plate of freshly made sandwiches and a fridge full of essentials. We were so grateful at not having to trudge off to find supplies after a very early start and long flight. We couldn't fault this company and would thoroughly recommend them for their friendliness, sound advice and helpfulness.

Highly recommend Azure I've used them 3 times now and every time they've been fantastic. Azure took the time to listen to what we wanted out of our holiday and villa and helped us pick the perfect villa and location each time.

We have used Azure for many years now and have come to rely on both the integrity and judgment of the sales team operating there. There are no hidden extras or onerous small print. The team appear to have first hand knowledge of the areas and villas on offer and give an honest assessment of any strengths and weaknesses associated. I would not hesitate to recommend azure to others.

Just come back from a fabulous 2 week break, along with 13 other family members in the Algarve. We stayed at the lovely Quinta Do Bill Villa, between Loule and Vilamoura. The villa was everything we were looking for, plus a little more. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all with superb en-suite facilities. Wonderful reception and dining areas with more than enough room for all of us to relax and enjoy our own space. Satellite TV with full Sky package was a real bonus for the lizard loungers among us. The kitchen and utility areas were fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The villa was air conditioned throughout and was the perfect contrast to the 30 degree plus temperatures outside. The Pool Area and Grounds are a real delight. Sun beds and seating for everyone, towels and lounger mats all provided, all you have to do is pour an ice cold drink, grab a good book (plenty on villa bookshelf) and relax. The gardens are extensive and are immaculately kept.
Any problems that we did encounter in the villa, were brought on by ourselves (usually the older members of our party pressing wrong buttons or forgetting the security entry pass code). Even then, nothing was a problem for Carol and Duncan, who manage and maintain the villa on behalf of the owners. We found them both to be helpful and more than accommodating.
As a party of 14, we were expecting to have a few "transport problems". What we didn't know, was that just a few minutes stroll from the villa, is Loule Station. What a godsend this proved to be. From here we could take a train almost all the way along the Algarve. If some of us wanted to spend the day in Tavira, while others wanted to go to Lagos, not a problem, just wave goodbye on the platform and agree to meet up back at the villa later. A few of us had never been to Lisbon before. We took the early train from Loule (7 stops only on a lovely 2.5 hour journey through the Portuguese countryside) and were in Lisbon by 9.15am. What a beautiful city, what great memories. We were back in time to enjoy a BBQ by the pool and take one last dip before the sun went down.
So if you are looking for quality accommodation, in a relaxing and peaceful setting, I would highly recommend Quinta Do Bill to all.

Holiday in Tenerife August 2014, Iain was very helpful all through the booking process and answered my questions any time of the day the whole experience was almost effortless. Upon arrival the welcome was better than expected with the essentials and more in the villa. The villa was to die for and the view even better, I chose it myself and even looked on Google Earth so we knew exactly what to expect. Would definitely recommend the company to anyone and the villa we experienced was superb

This apartment is very nice just what myself and my sister needed for our stay, very central location just in walking distance from most shopping places, eating places and of ourcoursr Hard Rock Cafe. Also at the reception you can book your excursions Lito parquet is a must! The apartment is exactly like the photos all nice and clean and the bathroom was lovely. would defiantly recommend this apartment as it was very central and accessible, also azure holidays made it so easy and simple to book this apartment

I've been using Azure Holidays for a number of years now and, from a service perspective, they excel year after year. Very friendly and efficient, I would happily recommend to anyone.

Ian was particularly helpful and his knowledge of Portugal, Quinta and all villas on offer was extensive and very useful. Azure Holidays provided a seamless service with Eva, our Holiday Representative in Portugal. In turn Eva was diligent and professional with an excellent attitude towards making our holiday as relaxed as possible.

I did have to chase up the return of my deposit but then the money was refunded the next day.

We had a lovely holiday and I would recommend and use Azure Holidays again.
