I chose the wire transfer for payment and got a little nervous after sending the payment because besides payment received notice, I did not hear too much for a couple days. Shane and his team were very easy to reach and further informed me of the fabrication, quality control, and delivery process. We hit a slight delay during the holiday season with the overseas provider being closed for a week (which I was informed of prior to purchase), but the diamond ring still came earlier than promised! From order to delivery, it took 18 days including the supplier delay. The quality is beyond what I expected and the appraisal came in far above what I paid!
