7-10 days stated as the delivery window - it actually took over 3 weeks and I was given very little communication when I sent emails trying to find out where my order was - I asked twice to just be refunded and was ignored both times.

I bought a Bugaboo Cameleon 3 Tailored fabric set orange. The service was very easy to use, very quick and with cheaper price than anywhere else I'd looked.

Delivery was on time, 2 out of 5 cartons were wet but delivery driver noted them on his sheet and suggested we contact the supplier if anything was damaged.
All items supplied were in blue as requested slightly disappointed that the car seat was only available in black.
Otherwise, great.

I purchased 2 car seats online and only 1 was dispatched. Spoke to customer service and they sent another for next day delivery, wasn’t a major problem more an inconvenience.

I was very dubious of buying from this company having read the reviews on other sites, although it took nearly 2 weeks for me to receive my order and numerous emails and problems with car seats, I got exactly what I ordered and received it when I was told via email after all the confusion..

It took 4 weeks and 3 phone calls to receive my goods. When I purchased my item, I saw that it would take 7-10 days for delivery, which I accepted. However, when it still hadn't arrived after 12 days, I called Customer Services. In fact, I called them three times, and each time I was promised a call-back. I didn't get any of them. My item then arrived unexpectedly and without any warning.

Ordered monday afternoon, arrived wednesday morning even though one of the items said 7-10 days on the website. Items arrived in good condition with DPD.

The product took 24 days to finally arrive. There was no communication regarding the delay in delivery. It was a gift for a friend and didn't arrive in time for her baby shower. After contacting them it was resolved but shouldn't have been that late if it specified 7-10 working days delivery.

Item has still not been received 22 days after purchasing. I received a despatch note 2 days ago but the original purchase email advised 7-10 days and it took me to chase them to get any information rather than them sending me a courtesy email to say it was going to be later than planned. The item is a purchase for summer and I feel like I've lost out on 3 weeks usage.

Website advertised delivery in 7-10 days, but took 6 weeks to arrive. They do not seem to hold the items in stock and it appears delay was caused by problems from manufacturer delivering late. I had to chase customer services regularly for updates to find out what was going on (Sophie’s replies were helpful but frequently promised delivery for the next week which then did not happen). When the products arrived finally I was happy with them.

Ordered two car seats from them only one got delivered, i emailed them and then received a phone call. They said sorry for the mistake and promised to get the other sent out the next day.
We now have both car seats and are happy with the overall service.

I was told that my item would be delivered soon after placing the order however after 5 calls in the space of 3 weeks they finally told me that the product was out of stock. Your website did not state that there was a stock issue otherwise I would have purchased the item in store if I had known it was going to take this long. Also your customer service team kept telling me the product will be dispatched shortly when I called numourous time to place the order. I am not happy with the way it was handled and the wrong information I was given.

We ordered our pram mid-November
2019 and it said 2-3 weeks for delivery. It however only arrived at the end of January after multiple follow up emails from our side and responses where they would say it’s being delivered and then it still wouldn’t be. Happy with the pram but the service and delivery was terrible.
