THIS IS THE WORST FINANCIAL COMPANY YOU WILL HOPEFULLY NEVER ENCOUNTER!!! NOT ONLY DO THEY CHARGE YOU FOR INTERIM RENTS ON EQUIPMENT, THEY STICK WITH YOU A 10% BUY-OUT CLAUSE, AND NOT TO MENTION THE PENALTIES IN THE "FINE PRINT!" THE BBB IS WELL AWARE OF THE SHENANIGANS! I CAN ONLY WISH I CAN GIVE A "NO-STAR" RATING!!!

I purchased 2 used work trucks. After paying cash I decided to finance in order to replenish my cash. Other than taking a month to complete the funding I was very happy to work with Tye Malcolm.After we complete this contract I will be approaching them for future needs. Thank You, Howard Richter. The email responses were very fast, and possibly thorough to an accountant, but as a business owner, I had to reply to emails to pull the information I needed out from customer service. So I picked up the phone and with a short wait time, my questions were answered.

Your rep kept on calling but I am so scared to give out my social security number because I have been ripped off before for a lot of money. Really bad experience! I was a victim of Wells Fargo credit and also of lenders which my ex employees signed fraudulently. When I finally needed help, your company gave me a good rate to buy equipments that I need instead of renting. Thank you!

Ryan Gray and David White are two of the worst loan officers i have ever had! David was arrogant and rude i felt like he was lying to me didn't care about me or my business just wanted to get as high of an interest rate out of me as possible didn't care if a 2 year loan was bad for me. when he didn't meet an agreed a pond closing date he went off the deep end and yelled and threatened me about losing my $13,000 down payment. To anybody reading this DON'T use Balboa for any financing bad company!

Lacking. Lacking in communication, lacking in care, lacking in most areas for the most part. Hopefully the current account/loan we have with you, we will see changes in the Communication. The first loan experience was LACKING.

I was dealing with Christopher Rodriguez and he was always attentive and answered my questions quickly and to my satisfaction. He helped me to fill the forms On-line, which is not an easy process.
I would definitively recommend the services of Balboa Capital

The sales manager, Anthony Silva, was truly a pleasure to work with. Very friendly, helpful and responsive. He worked hard to sign us as a client and years later he still works just as hard for us. Highly recommend!
