Only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is your product availability. The MikroTik indoor/outdoor case we ordered has an associated outdoor clamp pipe system that currently has a 2-3 week restock estimate. The case itself was out of stock the first time we tried ordering it. When you have items that use associated parts/pieces, you should ensure the entire system can be purchased, if needed. Thanks. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Although there was an unclear description of the product ordered which lead to the incorrect part being received, BalticNetworks responded immediately to correct the order. Not only that the correct part was delivered next day at their expense. Excellent customer service and unsurpassed responsiveness. I will definitely be ordering again from this great company. Highly recommended.

Ordering was easy and fast. The product I ordered was on backorder and I was contacted and updated with that information the day after ordering. Shipping was fast and the product was as described. Good packaging also. Going to buy from these guys a lot more.

Baltic Networks did great on this order, but whatever deal they have with FedEx they should reconsider, FedEx attempted to deliver my order twice to my neighbors house, I eventually had to go to the local FedEx store (20 miles away) and pick up my order, funny thing is my neighbors house address is clearly marked and my address was correct on the order so I have no clue why they couldn't deliver it. On a side note I could have drove another 20 miles or so and picked up my order directly from Baltic Networks.

I was extremely impressed with the both the price of the product that I ordered, as well as the entire process of ordering and receiving the switch. Everything was packaged well, and their communication is outstanding.

When I placed the order, I had an issue because my credit card was issued in Argentina and wanted the order to be shipped to an address in the US, and to another person. I was pretty upset when I received an email saying that the order could not be processed because of that, and that I should send a copy of my ID and my credit card, both sides. After talking with Lauren Pyle, she was able to make an exception and I was able to receive the product. I have to say that she was amazing. That's the kind of person that I like to talk when I have an issue, someone that can bring up a solution, and not someone who says "sorry, this is what the rules says and I can't do anything" I would like to buy more products in the future, and I wouldn't like to have the same issue with the credit card. I know that you might have had bad experiences in the past, but I would like to be considered a "safe" buyer. It's really likely I will contact Lauren before my next purchase, or someone from the site before buying.

Ordered some Mikrotik equipment from Baltic. Super fast shipping, well packed, good communication. My only complaint is with Mikrotik itself and not Baltic. I would buy from Baltic again based on my experience. Thanks Baltic.

Order was missing one screw out of five. I'm still waiting on an update from Baltic on this issue. I had shipment of the product go to my place of employment rather than my home where my credit card was billed. The Baltic Networks sales person called me to make sure it was a legit address before authorizing the shipment. I appreciated the fact they didn't just send out the product especially given present day fraud that occurs. I ordered a MikroTik RB1100AHx2 which was promptly shipped.I did think shipping and handling was a little on the high side ($15.66) but still the overall price Baltic Networks price was the best. I would definitely do business with them again.

Was notified via e-mail that an item I had ordered was out of stock. I asked for a refund on the item and the shipping price for that item. The person on the other end of the e-mail was very kind and responsive and handled my situation very well.

I needed a wireless bridge the day before a holiday. Not only was my order ready for pickup on time, tech support took the time to configure it before I arrived. I was very pleased with their service. Will do business with them again!

The ordering online was a little cumbersome. The only shipping options were: "Charge to UPS/FedEX Account" or Pick up Locally in Chicago" Or So I thought...I didn't have a UPS or FedEX account so I called. Everyone in sales was in a meeting but within 10 or 15 minutes someone returned my call and explained that it would be THEIR UPS/FedEX account that would be charged and they would charge me the shipping amount. For some reason that confused me, but I chose UPS and everything went through just fine. I recieved another phone call from them about an hour after that to make sure all was well and 2 days later I recieved my package. The Ubiquity Nonostation was beyond my networking skills but a friend set it up and it works amazingly well. A great overall experience! Thank you Baltic Networks and Ubiquity!!

I have never used Baltic before, but ran across a recommendation on a wireless blog site. I place my order about 3:45pm Mountain time (overnight delivery) and had the package the next day. Exactly what I ordered and was surprised it made it out the door the same day. Electronic communication of the status was excellent. I was very impressed and will buy from you in the future. Nice experience and good products at a great price, but the shipping cost was excessive considering it was such a short distance from their home to mine. Great shipping time though, and received the items a day before I thought I would.

After placing my First order with Baltic Networks, I was contacted by their Customer service. They were checking the order for accuracy and and if I had the correct items, since it was a very large equipment order. They were very professional, courteous and pleasant to talk and deal with. Jennifer is an excellent rep for your company. She's pleasant, efficient, calls you back in a timely manner, etc. She also provided us with a Mikrotik license key that was imperative for us to have for a wireless upgrade - and she took care of it in less than 1/2 hr. !!! Yes, we will be back. I'll send more business your way because one of your competitors always funnels incoming sales calls to voice mail. That doesn't work for me. When I need something I need to speak to a person, not a machine. Keep doing what you're doing !

I was very impressed with the sales professional that I spoke to. She knew the product and was quite helpful. She suggested some accessories that I almost forgot to ask for. I will definitely look to Baltic the next time we need wireless products.

Excellent order fulfillment and competitive pricing. A word to the Mikrotik-naïve: this was my first encounter (using a CRS125-24G-1S) with Mikrotik RouterOS. I encountered a bit of puzzlement until I updated the firmware, only after which the switch configuration appeared in WebFig.

The contracting process was a bit cumbersome for someone on a boat where access to the typical office connectivity was absent. Once on contract, Joshua was very knowledgeable and understood what it was we were trying to accomplish. His efficiency at completing the task was superb.
