Had my braces fitted in September 2019.
Today they’ve been taken off and I couldn’t be happier. My top teeth were protruding slightly, they have since I was a child due to sucking my thumb when I was younger ????????‍♀️
I have always been conscious of them and my smile.
Dr Dan was honest from the beginning. He talked me through the motions and expectations of the final outcome.
I’m really pleased I went ahead with it.
Helped massively with their finance, interest free over 2 years.
The girls on reception were second to none!!! Always greeted with smiles, and sitting in the waiting room could always hear one of them humming or singing along with smooth radio ????

My dentist Oliver has been amazing throughout my treatment, I was told that I may not be able to have the 6 months smile brace as my teeth were a little more complex and would need the brace for around possibly 10 months but he worked his magic and I sure did only have my braces for 6 months with slight bonding on my teeth a full whitening pack, retainers, and a permanently fitted brace top and bottom of my teeth. The service I recieved has been amazing from start to finish, I couldn't recommend bamboo Dental enough for teeth straightening. I understand why they have such high reviews and won awards for dentistry in Wales as they are the best and I'm so glad I decided to go with this practice.

I had a fantastic experience getting the six month smiles treatment at Bamboo Dental. I had a large gap between my front teeth for my whole life and the front two teeth were also considerable longer than the rest. I am overjoyed that bamboo dental managed to not only close the gap but also bring my teeth all to the same level in just 3 months! The whole process from the first consultation to my final check up was professional, reassuring and I could not fault them at any stage. My expectations were pretty high to begin with having read all the great reviews and seen the awards that they have won, however I have still been blown away by the exceptionally high standards of service and also the results! I would recommend bamboo dental to anyone and will definitely be returning there myself next time I need anything done!

After not visiting the dentist for 10 years due to a phobia (shameful!) I finally plucked up the courage to make an appointment with Bamboo as I had heard and read so many great reviews. They are extremely helpful, reception staff can’t to enough for you and are always so welcoming and make you feel at ease. The dentists/hygienists are also so supportive and don’t make you feel stupid for being frightened. I changed my mind on the treatment I was having literally a few hours before I was due to sit in the chair and they didn’t once make me feel bad about it. Now I have cleaner, healthier and whiter teeth and I couldn’t be happier that I chose to use Bamboo! Totally worth the 70 minute drive

I have just had my six month smile braces removed and am currently using a retainer and whitening gel. I can not recommend bamboo dental enough, I am always made to feel comfortable and important. All information and help was given perfectly. Super happy with the result.

The staff were fantastic and really make you feel at ease from arriving in the practise through to having the treatment. Also the aftercare is simple and should you need anything the staff are easily contactable for advice or guidance. Highly recommend.
