I do my Banking at the Swansea branch they always greet you with a smile very friendly I enjoy going there,There is also a branch in fall River total opposite I didn't get a smile from them, you felt like you were putting them out of their way it wasn't very nice but once they get to know you they became friendlier. I guess some tellers are friendlier and some are strictly business I prefer a hello how are you today rather than a cold how may I help you . In any event I like Bank five.

First time I used the drive-thru. I had no problem reaching the container to make a deposit. The gentleman was very profrssional and easy to communicate with.

Was a let down ....I recently had my wallet stolen ...license ..credit cards and 2 atms ....all items easily replaced almost 2 weeks ago and yet I’m still waiting for my bank 5 atm card....Somerset federal replaced there’s on the spot ....as soon as my loan is paid off I’m moving there

Considering the current health situation, maybe think about the person that does not have a vehicle. I could not walk in to the lobby to withdraw money, and could not go through the drive through without a vehicle, and can't use an ATM because you've sent my card to the wrong address twice.... And then told me I have to pay for a new debit card....
