In a time crunch and living in a small town where turn-around time isn't the quickest, I took to the internet to find a flag. Upon a google search, I stumbled across banner buzz and took a chance based on reviews and company promises. The turn-around time was immediate; an instantaneous confirmation, artwork mock up in less than 24 hours and product received within 5 days! The quality was so good, I ordered 2 flags! I won't hesitate to do business with Banner Buzz in the future!

I bought a graduation banner and the design team really helped turn it into a professional looking banner. This was a very small banner and low price point, and but I still felt like a valued customer and received incredible service. Great quality, responsive customer service.

I really like my new garden banner. As a bonus, I was pleasantly surprised to receive support to hold my pretty little flags. I ordered 2 small personalized garden flags with photos. The rendering is really great and I'm really happy. To save money, I chose printing on one side only and the photo is very well rendered. On the other hand, it is a little transparent, which makes the photo a little less visible. If it had to be done again, I would choose printing on both sides. I would have liked, for the same price, to have the choice between a support or a printing 2 sides ...

very difficult to find what I was looking for. almost went to a different vendor to order this because when I went to reorder from my last printing it said the 2.5x6 banners were no longer available. I found this product through a google search and not your website. Pretty frustrating that a substitute wasn't suggested. I needed one more banner to fit in with the ones that I ordered last year.

Thorough process to ensure you're getting exactly what you want, they email you a blueprint for your approval, high quality materials/ durable, it was at my doorstep in half the estimated time, and the price was literally 1/3th the price of their competition, fast signs had no comment on that hahaha!!! I plan on getting 3more in the near future!!!

We love our feather flag and the water bag holds the display down just fine. Unfortunately, we were carrying the display 'set up' already and dropped the 'hook attachment' to loop to the bottom of the flag; the attachment was run over and broken before we found it. Thus, we had to tie the flag down with a piece of rope. Hope we can get another hook attachment!

I thoroughly enjoyed the business card design feature. By far, it was much easier to use than other websites I tried, and I was able to customize it to a greater extent. I also appreciated the LOW price, which was half of what other companies were charging. And free shipping? These guys are doing it right.

It would be nice start a new project and pull from past designs. I wanted a double sided flag, but since I started building a single, I couldn't easily upgrade. I just want both sides the same, but I had to start all over. It should be as easy as the option to DO have, where I can put a pre-made design on the back of a project.... I wish I could pull onto the front too. Or just click a button to change to double sided. Otherwise you design platform was nice to work with, much easier to use than your competitors. Thanks.

I had a very difficult time with your slow design program and am now awaiting my proof and a call back from your help team. Not the easiest online process. Very slow. Product details are not clear when trying to build a custom sized flag.

Ive spend the last 2 days trying to order two SIMPLE window decals for my business.

-the wording on the website is confusing and unless you are a pro decal guy/gal, you may not pick out the right material and cut.
-this was the case for both of my logos. The first proof I caught the issues and did the live chat to ask questions on what to order to get the look i wanted. The guy was confusing and by the end, he told me i had to start the process all over with a brand new order. He could not just correct my order to what we talked about. Um ok...

-Ok, so day 2. I order again what I think is the right material and cut for my window decals. Get the proofs and again, its not what I'm wanting. Get on live chat again explaining in detail the look I want hoping the expert can just tell me what its called and how to correct it. But instead this guy Josh keeps sending me generic answers quoting what they emailed me the day before on the first order and how i can request new proofs by emailing some address. He even got an attitude when i told him he isn't answering my questions. Like i was taken back. He can see I'm confused and need expert help but that is the opposite of what he gave me. I'm done with wasting my time with this company.

Great price but but I have called and customer service says they will make adjustments to artwork as requested yet it has not been done customer service hang ups but my order is in processing but it the changes requested have not been made yet they keep sending me the same proofs It has been 7 to 10 days. The phone for customer service rings for several minutes with no answer then hang up

I've ordered on January 24th 3 stretched custom table covers to be delivered on January 29th, called on the 27th to ask for the tracking code and they said their printing machine broke, and they were willing to send regular custom table covers for free to be delivered on the 30th early am, (before 10 am) and they would ship from china the original order on Feb 1st, which i accepted.

then 10 minutes after, and after calling my client to let him know everything, the company called again to say it was impossible to send me the thursday order.

on the 29th they did't sent me the tracking number yet, so i went to the chat and they said they would try to deliver it on the 31st... and if im not happy they can send a refund.. they are washing their hands.

I have purchased a backdrop banner from this vendor. IThe metal frame broke after 2 times as used in only 2 exhibitions. After 20 minutes text chatting and another 15 minutes over the phone with Mr. Lopez (the manager) I was told that they only offer warranty on the fabric but zero warranty on the hardware (what a joke) I wanted to purchase another backdrop but Mr. Lopez refused to offer a discount to make up or the low quality product I bought eeventhoug I am a great customer with multiple purchases. STAY AWAY .... and look for a company that operate inside the USA and do care about their customers.

My 2nd order placed in 1 week...BUT, I wanted to use the SAME Images previously uploaded. WHY aren't they available to use without having to upload again? That's reason for 3 vs. 5 star rating! PITA to have to upload again (different computer). Can't even Copy and Paste to new file! Can't Save to my Library. VistaPrint and UPrinting are much easier!

24 hour phone is far from that....no one answers the phone. Chat is almost as bad but after forever they finally responded. My coupon code was denied as invalid. I just wanted to place my order online quickly before work. It took over 30 minutes.

I have purchased 5 magnets last year from BannerBuzz.

Before ordering I had some doubts about placing magnets on my car. My car is leased and I had to make sure that the magnets are not going to cause any damage (no structure paint changes, no color changes, no scratching etc.) I've discussed this issue with the representative and was assured that placing magnets are not going to make any damages to the color.
I removed all 5 magnets in one year of using them. Unfortunatelly, here is no option to post pictures, otherwise you all would see there are very visible explicit color changes on every 5 spots where magnets were placed on my car. If I knew that placing magnets on my car would cause such damage, I would never purchase it! I asked the professional advice because I usually trust professionals. The representative should have explained me about the possible damage or at least to let me know company does not have such experience. Nobody told me anything like that to warn me.
I decided to fix the damages before my lease expires, so I went to the nearest body shop to get an estimate. I was shocked that it is impossible to recover the initial color and almost all car has to be repainted!
I think that Bannerbuzz has to compensate me all the expenses, I send them an email. But they just send me back (I copy their answer):
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, but until now we've never encountered such an incident. Our magnetic signs don't leave any residue or damage the surface after usage. This is the first time we're hearing this. If it were known, then we would have mentioned it online on the website as well. Additionally, if there was any damage to the product we're here until the warranty ends and you've already experienced the same. For any other damage, there might be n number of reasons for which we can't be held liable.
I am going to claim to Court and want to warn everybody ordering BannerBuzz items

I designed my banner 4 times before it saved. the site timed out on me a couple of time. crazy. but I did get the job done.
