Banners.com made a mistake on my order by misspelling a word. I had to reorder and they would only cut the shipping in half. I had to pay for the rest. I'm very unhappy with Banner's.com and will NOT use them again. Very poor customer service!!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a banner 3 weeks before my event. I noticed a shipping label was printed After 3 days but item never shipped. I inquired when it would be shipped and received a less than nice response. I called and spoke to a manager that told me he'd look into it and return my call. That was a week ago and I never received a call back. I again inquired and was told the postal service was totally unreliable. I was also given an option to purchase another banner and pay for express shipping and hope they second banner got to me in time. Customer service is terrible to non existent. I would never order from then again and wouldn't advise anyone else to either.

Back in the 80s and 90s printing a banner was ridiculously expensive. Times have changed; on Banners.com you can order a high quality 6 foot full-color banner for as little as $30. I've found Banners.com to be reliable and the quality to be good. We used them for a couple trade shows and were happy with the results. They also sell a number of other types of signs for conferences as the like which are also reasonably priced. The turn around is reasonably quick although depending on where in the country you're located the shipping time varies a bit.

I called and message right in a second when I found out wrong address, she told me she got my new address and will update for me.The package still send to wrong address , I called them, they told me I can"t correct my address when order approved , even just next second. But this is not the first beginning what they told me.i asked if they can send me the label to my new address , they said they will think out it then get back with me. 3days already, I haven"t hear any news from them. I used to buy a lot of banners from them, not anymore.

I have worked with banners.com for years now, for our company banners and some office fabric banners. Exceptional service, precise and professional work every time. I have never had a hitch in their products or service. Very highly recommend. You need not look elsewhere!

I ordered three large banners. I promptly received proofs of all three banners for my approval. Once I approved the proofs, the banners were done very quickly and I received them even sooner than I had expected (based on the shipping method I had selected). Good quality work.

This is the third time I have ordered from Banners and each time I have been completed satisfied with the product. Crystal, in particular, went out of her way to help me with my second order so that I received exactly what I wanted.

Ordered a banner for my son's 100th Varsity Wrestling win, Josh did a great job getting the item out within 24 hours, the banner arrived and I was very happy with the quality of the item.Jish even followed up with a hand written thank you card (a nice little touch ) will definitely use again

I ordered a last minute banner and thought I ordered for a 3 day rush, only to find out, it was a 3 day production time. I contacted Banner.com and was told a Supervisor would call me back. When I received my call back, I was told they would do everything they could to make sure I received my banner by my deadline and I did!

Everyone loved the banner and I'm sure I'll be ordering again, but in enough time not to rush my order. I also received a thank you card, that was extra special to me, because it's nice to be nice.

I will definitely tell anyone who is making a banner to try Banner.com first!

I recently ordered two banners (3' x 12') and (4' x 16'), both are of good quality, it came with instructions on how to properly hang to reduce the effects of weathering. Our color scheme was quite intricate but we worked through the process via email and the items arrived on time. I have other vendor options nearby (San Franciso Bay Area) but these folks always take care of us, so I will continue to use them. Thank you, Ashley, Matt, and team for a job well done.

Ordered banners and had three professional banners to be created, no one read the instructions. Never heard from anyone. So I made the banners myself. Took to long almost two weeks before got my proofs. Got the order it is wrong. I called before order was approved, made sure everyone is on the same page so no mistakes had a feeling. Left message on Friday no call back, Called Monday no call back, Tuesday got email suppose to get call from manger. No Call! called Tuesday voice mail. Box says 100% guarantee. For a couple of years stopped using them. Looks like time to use someone else.

I have a double sided banner and there's a large air bubble in between the two sheets. It doesn't lay flat when rolling it up to stay rinklr free or smooth.

I ordered two matching banners to put on my vehicle the Tuesday before it was to be in a Monday Veteran's Day parade. I was concerned the order wouldn't arrive on time, so I called banners.com about upgrading the shipping. They told me the standard shipping would arrive in two days, so I didn't upgrade. It arrived Friday, and looked perfect!!! Lots of grommets, very clear printing, high quality materials, reasonable price. We were very happy and will use banners.com again for sure!
