This is the 6th barcode reader we have ordered from Barcode Giant. We have been using 3 of these since 11/13 and have not had any issues. I highly recommend these to future clients. Shipping was free and I received these in 2 days.

After waiting for over 2 months for a few backordered handheld scanners to be delivered from a different supplier, I found BG through google. The transaction was so simple and I even added a label printer to my order without issue. The product arrived within a few days. Will shop from them again in the future.

I ordered 5 TSP143 LAN receipt printers. They arrived quickly, were well packaged, and all worked as expected. So far I've never had a problem with Barcode Giant.

Your supplier, Scan Source ship only 1 item when 2 items were purchased to ship overnight to customer. Customer had extra come in to install items and only 1 received. However second item was shipped overnight at not cost.

Scan Source needs to improve.

We purchased a Datalogic Gryphon 4100 series scanner. Great help from Barcode Giant staff when we were looking (and confused.) Really fast delivery, and a great price. We will be purchasing 10 more with them within the next month.

I had to return an item that didn't work for my setup and then duplicate my order once I found the right setup and both customer service reps were so helpful and friendly. My items came in great shape in a timely manner. I would definitely purchase something from Barcode Giant again with confidence.

We have used BCG a number of times now, the site is easy to use and selection is excellent
Finding accessories needed like cables is very helpful
Once our order was placed there was good communications via email and a followup call to make sure we were pleased

We will continue to use BCG for our POS purchases in the future

I ordered the wrong barcode printer online and they were so helpful in getting me the right machine sent out quickly. They didn't ask me to pay for the 2nd machine before they received the 1st machine. Very helpful and understanding of my immediate needs. I will be using them for now on!

I Have been waiting a month for my product that says in availability "ships same day free"

I have been strung along for going on a month. When I ordered it was avail same day on website, i was informed a few days later that it was on back order. Every time i checked in the delivery date was pushed back further. At one point a customer service rep actually called to ask me how I was enjoying the product that I still haven't received. I was just told today that everything was pushed back 2 more weeks. This is one of the worst customer experiencesI can imagine. AND THROUGHOUT THIS ENTIRE TIME THE PRODUCT CONTINUES TO BE LISTED "AVAILABLE" AND "SHIPPING SAME DAY FOR FREE" Lies, Lies, Lies.
