As a UK Citizen but Tax Non-Resident (landlord), the HMRC process can be quite confusing and time-sensitive (October paper file!).

I contacted BaseTax late in the Tax season, they were courteous and got everything squared away for me in time for the deadline... even with me having to hunt down documentation.

Solid service, would recommend.

My daughter works in Dubai and has property income in the uk. As ever she was last minute to file her self assessment tax return. Only then did we realise that we could not use the standard inland revenue software. I contacted my local accountants, where I used to work, and they did not get back to me. I went on the HMRC website for approved suppliers of third party software and chose Basetax. The service I received was second to none, I sent an enquiry, the response was quick. My daughters tax return was sorted within days. I cannot praise their service too highly. Quick, efficient, and friendly. They will be mine and my daughters go to firm now without doubt.

Hi have been using Basetax for several years now, as I am only running a small partnership business I can’t afford the accountant costs.
A simple easy way of keeping track of your books.
The service is always friendly and quick if you are stuck with anything.
I would definitely recommend them!

My case was just more than complicated, but Kah quickly pointed out the crucial parts and had my case solved over a weekend with all extra answers to other relevant questions I might have in the future. I would strongly recommend him!

This is our third year in a row using Basetax.
We live in the US and have to submit tax submissions via a third party.
Kah Tan is the best there is. I do not know anyone else that completes and submits our tax forms so seamlessly and effortlessly.
We would be lost with out Basetax!

There was me scratching my head for hours trying to do my accounts when the wife googled Basetax and got me to contact Kah,

Now normally she does my head in when I'm trying to work but I have to say this was great advice. Kah advised me clearly on what I had to do and sorted my head out in minutes.

Excellent service, Kah was Excellent and all for a nominal sum. It's just not worth the headache trying yourself. PLUS I got a nice rebate which I didn't expect ;-)

See you next April mate...
